Officer Training - Johnathan has trained in the Commonwealth's Officer Academy and is trained to effectively lead his lead troops and dispense battlefield justice when necessary
Hand to Hand Combat - Johnathan is trained to fight with a sword but combined with his training as a Storm Commando, Johnathan is a truly deadly fighter
Survival Training - As a Storm Commando, Johnathan is trained to survive behind enemy lines or in catastrophic situations
k i tOfficer Kit - A minimal kit designed for commanding officers that contains the following:
h i s t o r y Johnathan does not speak much of his past before joining the Browncoats. From what can be gathered, John joined up on his 21st much to the disappointment of his father. "It's beneath you, Johnathan! Only the poor and the ignorant storm off to fight at such a young age! You are neither!" he'd always say. John didn't care. If anything the fact his father disapproved only emboldened him to make the choice. He laments that now that he looks back on it, it was a foolish choice made by a foolish boy who wanted to see war....
Upon joining up with the Browncoats, Johnathan demonstrated an aptitude in both armed and unarmed combat. He also showed an ability to think independently and creatively solve problems. His superiors recommended he join up with the storm commandos, possibly join the Officer's Academy even. John however was just fine joining the commandos. By age 24, John was a graduate of the storm commando training program and off to see the world.
Before the Iron Crown declared war on Thaejhal, John was deployed to various fronts around the world. In some instances, he was deployed to intervene in several civil wars and deployed to break up particularly nasty riots in countries transitioning into the Commonwealth. John fought valiantly regardless of the soil he was on. John was a model soldier and would have served longer until he took a chunk of shrapnel in the face, leaving him half blind and unable to fight for some time.
Wounded and unable to fight, Johnathan was left with time to reflect on the things he'd seen and done. The friends and allies he'd watched died, the people he'd killed. Constant movement and fighting kept John from thinking of such things but time made him realize that boys went searching for death, men knew not to go looking for the Angel of Death. It was that moment, half blind and angry that Johnathan realized what he needed to do.
John enlisted in the Officer's Academy despite many feeling a former storm commando with only 1 good eye wasn't up to the task. John persevered despite such negativity, stating it was his duty to ensure that soldiers went home on their feet, not in a box. True, a doctor could save a wounded soldiers life but a good leader could save dozens, hundreds, even thousands of lives....
Mad Minute - 10 rounds, on target, rapid fire. All within the space of a minute, allowing for reloads, and using the Lee-Schreiber bolt action rifle. It is said that a whole unit doing the mad minute is enough to make enemies assume there is a heavy machine gun in the squad. Only true professional riflemen are capable of this skill.
A shoulder to lean on - The druid profession, perhaps more-so than any other, is as ceremonial as it is practical. He is capable of giving the last rites to a passed members body, and also a welcoming smile to new squad-mates. He is moreover good at holding the team together in times of strain. Hes always ready to hear out his fellow squad-mates problems and try to provide solutions.
Druids Craft - Druids are able to craft several potions or elixirs, such as Two X Strength, Re-Knit Heal and Eagle Eye, they can also craft more mundane weapons such as choke gas grenades and fear gas grenades, all these potions are thrown by hand, unless a more useful weapon presents itself. They can also be passed to other teammates for their use. He also wears a living ghillie suit made from the most valuable plants, flowers, bushes and mushrooms of the surrounding area. Indeed he can graft new rare plants into the ghillie suite to be used later. He has decorated his brodie helmet the same way.
P o t i o n s
Eagle Eye - A complex potion. Instead of making the whole transformation into an eagle, the druids can choose to change only specific parts of the body, like the eyes. Allowing pinpoint accuracy and even a zoom effect the eagle eye potion lasts about an hour once imbibed.
Two X Strength - A complex potion. This grants the user twice the strength so they can literally bend gun-barrels with their arms and jump up the hight of a building or tackle or ruck enemies with enough force to break bone. Its a shame it requires so many rare ingredients a whole unit with it would be quite frightening.
Re-Knit A medium difficulty potion, it re-knits the host form turning gunshot wounds into smoldering nothingness and cuts literally stitch the user back together before their very eyes. This potion like many others can be thrown in its glass vial.
Smelling salts An easy potion to make, used to revive users suffering from comatose or exhaustion or even to focus the mind once a wound has been sustained and no medic or Re-knit is around.
Choke gas grenade A medium potion to make. A smoldering grenade lands at the feet of the enemy soldier. His eyes flash bloodshot as he looks down, but instead of exploding it lets out a gush of choking smoke. Overtaken by unbearable coughing the soldier is bent double his vision is also affected as his eyes stream. He is then quickly captured by the advancing Commonwealth forces.
Scare Gas grenade A complex potion to make. Same as above except the enemy becomes hysterical and flees the advancing monsters of the Commonwealth forces. If he cannot leave he will start to target the monsters with fire, most likely those closest to him, little does he know they are his own forces.

Illiad was just a regular joe working as an apprentice to a druid in Thasor territory. That is until news came of the strangers seeking war reached his town. Determined that his town would not be just another conquest for the Iron Crown, and shocked by the devastation of the nearby towns he immediately joined up with the Thasor delegation to the Commonwealth, having made up his mind to end this horrible war as quickly as it was possible and to save as many people from it as he can. His ways at first seemed strange to the Commonwealth soldiers, but once they had a taste of Two X Strength they were converts. Proof that one man could dig an entire trench-line himself in only a day met with even greater approval from the officer class, earning him the position of Corporal. The trade of skills was not one way, the Commonwealth soon made sure that he knew how to use a rifle and use it well. Training him for the prestigious class of marksman. The bayonet training soon taught him to control his aggression and channel it into even more impressive feats of finesse. Indeed he seemed to have a knack for finesse, working the bolt action and aiming were all seem-less to him. The one thing he did not like was the battlefield food, bully beef and crackers weren't his ideal meal, he soon supplemented them with mushrooms grown in the dugouts cultivated with vines. The mushroom soup quickly earnt him many friends, and thanks to his high attention, (and the Eagle eye potion,) which he was able to make much stronger for himself soon earnt him the name Eagle Eye'd Illiad. The name stuck as he was also able to fly overhead for short stints without his armor. This skill was particularly useful in mountain and urban terrain training.
Thanks for the constructive criticism, i think i will be able to handle being a Corporal as the role i see for him is a bit like a chaplain.
Alrighty, a couple notes. First, I am gonna recommend a different first name only because Luke is a very human name and your character is obviously not. Second, go ahead and move the stuff in the additional kit section to your kit. The books can go right into the backpack and the knife can replace the entrenchment tool (you also listed your grenades twice). Finally, I added a Marksman kit that would fit your boy better then the rifleman kit.
Aside from those tidbits it looks good! You gonna be able to handle being in command of more then 2 dozen troops? If not then Lance Corporal may be a better fit
Marksmanship Training - A crack shot from the moment she picked up a rifle, Elliot was trained at an early age within the Commonwealth School of Sniping, Scouting, and Observation to elevate her prodigious talents to an even greater level.
Survival Training - Trained to operate even behind enemy lines, Elliot can subsist on minimal supplies for extended periods. If necessary, she can also hunt and forage for food and water.
Reconnaisance Training - In addition to her normal Marksmanship Training, Elliot is also an experienced scout, and is often tasked with monitoring enemy activity and relaying that information back to base. Due to this, she's adept at remaining unseen and discerning enemy emplacements, thus making for an excellent spotter.
Countersniper Training - Although her diminutive size held her back before, her small profile gives her a certain edge in remaining unseen and in cover. It is because of this that she was trained for a secondary purpose: to locate and eliminate enemy snipers. Sometimes, it is as simple as laying traps in spots where they are likely to hide, other times, it is triangulating the angle of their shots to get a bead on their location.

Living in one of the middle-class districts of the capital city of Edrain, Eleanor was born to a small family that got by about as well as everyone else. Her father worked as a laborer in the city's munitions factory, while her mother was a public accountant. Her older brother, Elliot, attended school and apprenticed as an aspiring watchmaker. The reason as to why they were working so hard in spite of the relative prosperity in the nation's peacetime is because the family was deep in debt to a bank that had provided the money for a start-up business. Although they were up-and-comer at the time, they were quickly muscled in by rival competitors and lost much of their sales to bigger conglomerates. The now-defunct business was a burden that the family all wished to carry.
Fast-forward several years, to when she was at the age of sixteen. Eleanor's father and brother came down with a disease that required expensive medicine. With no other choice, the family paid for the treatments, even if it would set them back on their debt payments by a significant amount. Although the family had intended for Eleanor to be wed to a gentleman uptown, it became increasingly evident that her prospective husband cared little for the rest of the girl's family at all. As she returned home one night, she noticed a flier plastered against the aging stone walls of the city- it turned out a recruitment drive was being held, calling for young men to join the Commonwealth in their new peacekeeping force. The cogs turned in her head, and she knew what she had to do.
Against her family's wishes, Eleanor called the betrothal off in a rather unorthodox manner. Namely, she disappeared one morning and did not return, leaving only a vague note as to her whereabouts. It simply stated that she had left the city to find work and that they would receive some money within the coming months. As they would later find out, it turns out that she had registered for the conscription drive that the Commonwealth was holding under her brother's identity. The young girl was always androgynous enough to pass as a man, if she wanted to, after all. She lied to the recruiter about her name, sex, and age. Still, the documents and reports she had given the man were legitimate. Donning the new name "Elliot", the young "man" was shipped off to assist a neighboring country in pacifying their civil war.
She managed to barely squeeze past acceptable levels in basic training, all the while keeping her true identity a secret. Although often mocked for her small stature and her difficulty in keeping up with some of the physical training regimens, Elliot impressed her instructors and fellow conscripts in the firing range. It turned out that she was quite prodigious with the rifle. Once the training period was finished, she was sent off to the front, to assist in pacifying local riots. It was in the crucible of war that she was truly tested. With her skills and more than a little bit of luck, she returned home a distinguished sharpshooter, having earned a medal for eliminating an enemy officer at long-range.
A year later, by the end of the war, Eleanor was shipped back home, but she did not remain for long. After spending some time with her family (who both simultaneously welcomed her back with open arms, and heavily chastised her for her actions), she was visited by a recruiter who went to their door. As it turned out, they were looking to recruit "Elliot Roe" for further training. Caught off-guard, the family came clean about the situation about the impersonation, and the recruiter left, scratching his head. Eleanor did not expect him to return (and even half-expected police to show up at their doorstep), but to everyone's surprise, the recruiter did end up coming back. It seemed that they were willing to overlook this criminal offense in exchange for her services. They would re-enlist her in the army after giving her specialized training to hone her talents. All expenses paid, and complete with a stipend.
The decision was clear to her.
As such, she was sent to the Commonwealth School of Sniping, Scouting, and Observation. The academy was new; they must have been scouting for talent like her to put the place through its paces. It was there that she was trained in marksmanship, reconnaissance, survival, and even countersniping. Eleanor ended up spending six long years in that place, learning the ins-and-outs of being a sniper. She graduated at the top of her class as a Specialist.
As if right on cue, word of the Iron Crown invading Thaejhal had reached the Commonwealth's ears. After some negotiations between the Commonwealth and their new allies, Eleanor was dispatched alongside the 115th Browncoat Brigade to assist the Thae in driving the Iron Crown from their shores. It was on these mysterious islands that she began to distinguish herself even further, rising to the rank of Lance Corporal. Even now, she continues to fight. She has a family back home awaiting her return, after all.
Besides, at this point, this job is all she's good at.
Engineering as a science - While in University he took fondness of the sciences, specifically physics and chemistry. He would learn how many buildings were able to stand, what materials worked well with each other, and once commissioned how to keep a emplacement together. This building fortifications, buildings, trench layouts, entrenching heavy weapons, welding, metallurgy, and fixing some mechanical parts.
Man of Arts - All great men study the arts, poetry, different languages, painting, and music. In Bailey's case, he studies foreign languages, and culture, more specifically foods.
A Noble Hunting - Learning to hunt from a young age, a good shot with a rifle, and the knowledge to skin and gut the animal is very useful in some situations.

A young man from a lesser house, Persy Nelson grew up well and in somewhat a luxurious lifestyle compared to most. He would grow up the second son of four, and third out of seven, not being the first he was the one who would most likely be able to do what ever he desired to do. So, through several years of drinking young, going out to parties, and acting a fool while at university, he would not get far. In fact, he almost did not get his commission, but his father pulled some string to get him in the army.
Starting in the army, he was not in favor as much, he was still rough around the edges but training and the military life did fit him better then the life at a university. The few men whom would find themselves under his command typically did not follow it well, and he was not well respected by his men, other officers respected him only because of his lineages name, nothing else. Then when being transferred to a new command, he found himself enjoying it as he did change his ways, leading to a promotion and some dignity on his end.
Besides that, he is fond of alcohol, mainly whiskey and bourbons. He does not like ales, but Lagers are fine on his end. He does take the armor off of his uniform as he sees no use for it in modern combat. Rifles will punch straight through, and barbarians would run away from any army such as the one he was in. The only armor he does fancy is the helmet, but that is since he does not wish to flatten his cap and also protection from things other then bullets.
If he is not drunk off his ass, flirting with females, or cooking. He might be found doing his job, though this is not likely as he sees officers as people who should not be doing the work, but telling men what to do for glory, or to dig a trench. This is mainly due to naivety.
Most of his back story could be brought up inside of talking to him when drunk, or could it. He likes telling stories.
