I'd much prefer you writing it out yourself, but I'm not gonna hold it against you if you don't. And if I'm being completely honest, the personality isn't really the most important thing for the character sheet for this RP. As long as I can tell you understand the basics well enough, you're fine

Alright. I may have to do sort of a copy paste with the powers though. I can change some minor things to improve flow, but the wiki explains them pretty well from what I've seen.

Now that quite a few more players are joining, I'm starting to think I should maybe start putting in some new characters of my own (as I like to have as many connections to groups in the RP as reasonably possible in case I need to do something with them in the plot, and I also just like playing characters). Character ideas I've been mulling over so far:

MCU Iron Man (genius billionaire playboy philanthropist who fights with a sui- why am I describing this, y'all know who Iron Man is)
Wrecking Ball (supergenius hamster from Overwatch who pilots a combat mech)
Toph Beifong (tough and snarky blind girl from Avatar who controls rocks with martial arts)
The Doctor (goofy, hyper intelligent time traveler from Doctor Who, likes to gets out of situations with words, speeches and smarts rather than violence. Probably'll either play the 11th or the 13th Doctor, not sure yet)
Mako Mori, Raleigh Beckett and Gispy Danger from Pacific Rim (mostly want to join cause I'd really like to play a giant robot character. Just not sure how much I wanna play them, since while the mech fight stuff with them will be fun, their actual characters would be rather...boring and unfun)
Some combination of these 3 from Gurren Lagann (same reason as the previous one. Not so sure about them either, only cause not only are their powers galaxy-busting levels of absurdity, they're also not very well defined as Gurren Lagann is a more emotionally driven story)

(I also considered joining as Frieza from DBZ, but that was only at the beginning cause I wasn't sure if anyone else was gonna join as a villain or not)

Gurren Lagann can also be cool, but my first pick would be Gipsy for Godzilla to potentially fight in the beginning. Maybe they team up later I dunno.

I guess I just have to make a choice between the more fun but much harder characters, or the easier but much more boring characters. Or potentially neither, since there are kinda logistical problems with giant mech characters (how do they transition from combat scenes in the mech to non-combat scenes out of the mech, how would they get in and out of the mech easily, etc)

Well I wouldn't say Gipsy Danger wouldn't be fun, just much less so than the Gurren Lagann, at least with the infinite well of charisma that is Kamina in the pilot seat, lol

I was definitely considering the Doctor for sure. I've played him in older versions of the RP and he's fun as hell. I feel like he would fit pretty well with Steven, though I guess I'm already having Spider-Man meet up with them so :/

Alright, so I wouldn't say it's quite as bad as I was expecting (especially because he's a villain and I'm alright with villains being a little more OP than heroes). But yes, I do feel like there are certainly some things that need addressing

Most important I think is the possession. I think this is the only power that I can't really allow pretty much at all, as it completely takes away agency from another player

The other abilities that I think need nerfing are the teleportation and mist walking. I feel like it would be too easy for him to just teleport around all day and just never let anyone hit him ever

The immortality is actually not really that bad, because not being able to die doesn't mean he can't be defeated. This is why I think healing factors are way more OP than immortality. Especially if we implement the "respawning" idea where he can be temporarily killed, I think it should be totally fine (that's actually the way that one of Zoey Boey's characters already works anyway, so it's kinda perfect)

Also, I guess this isn't an issue with any specific power but more the sheer number of them. I feel like there's so much versatility in his arsenal that he would realistically have an answer to pretty much everyone in the RP. Maybe we could say that all of his powers are just slightly weaker than they normally are? Like, just 1/3 less effective than in the games or something?

(Also, just a minor thing: the shockwave radius being 40 feet seems maybe a bit much? I guess it's not the biggest deal but I figured I'd mention it)

Right, I'll start making edits and cutting things.

EDIT: And trust me, the versatility bothers me too. Then again Castlevania Dracula(s) have always been that broken, which makes RPing them somewhat problematic.

Oh and I didn't even mention the fact he has a second form of possession via mist form that makes the blood one pathetic in comparison. Not putting it in, just saying, it's really excessive.

Don't worry, I don't really think any of his powers would've even had the most OP potential really (that probably goes to either Dio with his time stop, Dante with his near instant healing factor, or Spider-Man with his spider sense/reaction time combo). What's important is that I can tell you don't want to play him in an OP way, and so as long as you're mindful about other players when playing, you should be fine
