I'm always down for Overlord.

So the hook I was going for was "Nigh God-like beings meddle in the affairs of a world nowhere near their level". I was going to eschew a godboss plot and rigid structure for character sheets in favor of flexible game mythology and creative license to just make plot hooks in the new world. Play-by-play rarely does well with drawn out combat scenes anyway, in my opinion.

Was also going to divorce it from Momonga's/Suzuki's role a little. I want to allow other other solo players and (if so desired) their cohorts to do their own thing. This sound good?

Sounds good to me. I was thinking of making the Scoured a faction in this RP so meh...

Alright. I can work on the interest check and OOC right now because we don't really need more than three or four players. There's no guarantee everyone will be in the same place all the time, after all.

You're all DEFINITELY free to remake your characters if you want. There's no need to write a dossier on every last NPC, the entire layout of your guild hall, or a description of all the benefits of each class. Definitely describe the class fantasy behind each one, but the rest can be assumed as part of Creative License.

I would urge the players to play something more benign than how the Tomb of Nazarick is generally set up, though.
