I don't really hang out online anymore. Some like me just move on, get occupied in other mundane things but wholeheartedly, I agree that the time had here was fun. I open the site on a blue moon when I'm feeling nostalgic. I spoke to Jster by accident a couple of months ago on Steam but that's about it.

not sure what made me check this forum today, but i haven't died yet!

i was 13 when i joined rpg. now i have a mortgage; i think it's pretty natural to grow out of our old clothes and move on to new stuff!
there are several people i met here who i still talk to on a regular basis, which is pretty incredible, but it would feel odd to even call them by their usernames anymore.

regardless i hope you guys are all keeping safe! talk to you again in like two years when i post Once

Yes. The whole site used to be more active, spam is cleaner now, less bullying and trolling.

I'm technically still around but not really active on the forum. I write for other projects now: games and mods and such. Don't really have time for roleplays.

No, they don't. There is a Discord server for Spam folks that some people are occasionally active in (Taaj, Card, Narglehunter, etc) but it's mostly dead. I talked to Sophi just the other day, and Foxes is active in another Discord server for the IRC old guard along with people like Scribz and LightAlysCity. Other than that... everyone's pretty much gone, I think. The official RPG Discord server is used by newer folks.


It's interesting that apparently some of the old folks from RPG are active on some Discord server somewhere. Haven't spoken to any of those people you mentioned in years.
