So wait, you said you'd look at Ultraman, now your saying he's completely off the table?

If you are running a character that is not from this universes canon reality/dimension, then yes it will be denied. When I said I'd look at Ultraman as a CS I expected you to understand the rules and revise the character to fit the setting and rules. If you thought my comment was acceptance to make an Earth-3 or such character than I'm sorry, but that is not what I meant.

in your Bruce App, you never specifically state that Bruce was an only child, leaving it POSSIBLE that Thomas and Martha could have had another child. The Park Row killing by Cyrus Gold and Joe Chill is a great catalyst and emotional trigger. Plus it would be interesting to see a partnership between Thomas and Bruce that slowly devolves due to opposing views on how to save Gotham.

I am revising the character, he was born in Anti-Krypton, but beyond that he is completely in Prime Earth

I can't speak for Gowi, but this has bad idea written all over. Especially with Bruce already tied to both Rade and mine characters. You'd not only have to deal with Bruce but also with Dick and Harley. Plus how would Thomas find out that Bruce is both his brother and Batman? I mean this may seem like a good idea but it has 'New 52' stamped all over it. Which leaves a bad taste in my mouth personally since I think the New 52 was one of the worst things to happen to DC in years (And I'm still pissed over the Joker, Damian and now Dick. Best thing to come out of the New 52 was the NIght of the Owls and the new Harley Quinn series which is the only monthly I'm currently reading.)

*DISCLAIMER: This is all my opinion so if you don't agree, I respect that. (At least I'll say I respect that while ranting about it somewhere else :P)

Okay... I think we're starting to take this a little too seriously. I think I need to walk away from this for a bit.

There would be a lot of questions that would need to be answered if you made this audacious and ambitious concept, which I'm skeptical towards but not negatively. There's a lot of communication between Gotham PCs (Rade, Myself, Wraith) to concern with as well.

Can someone give me a list of ANTIBATMEN?

EDIT: I'll try. But if it doesn't work out, I'm leaning towards Prometheus.

Your deciding factor is if they wear capes? Really?

Comic Vine said Elliot Caldwell shares many similarities with his rival, the Batman: he is a billionaire, has spent unaccounted years abroad before returning to Gotham, and has his own armory much like the Dark Knight's, albeit more lethal variants of Wayne's gear.

Caldwell along with his partner were responsible for killing many of Gotham's police officers but by day he masqueraded as Elliot. D Caldwell, CEO and founder of Caldwell technologies and tried to buy Wayne Enterprises. After Batman defeated Scorn, Caldwell threw him out of his plane due to him disrupting his plans.

Wrath soon faced Batman after he was caught trying to kill a police officer. Wrath was able to use an electrical attack to incapacitate him. While under the guises of Bruce and Elliot, they sparred in a Hand to Hand fight with Bruce being able to defeat him, while giving Alfred time to search the building. However, Elliot knew of his plan all along and was able to use the technology he'd given Gotham Police Department against them and activated electrical attacks within them.

Wrath then went after Batman as he chased him in his plane through the streets of Gotham, forcing Batman to abandon his Bat-Plane to gain more time and caused it to self destruct and him to escape on his Bat-Glider. Alfred after having hacked Caldwell's files revealed to Bruce that Elliot's father had been killed by corrupt Gotham police officers.

Elliot later used his tank to bomb Gotham City Station, he then got out of his tank expecting to find a mass of dead police officers. Instead he found only Batman as Bruce had convinced James Gordon to evacuate the building. Batman in a modified suit similar in style to Wrath's proceeded to beat down Elliot, however, he didn't deliver the finishing blow. He instead allowed the Gotham Police Department to open fire on him and revealed to him that it was James Gordon who brought down the police officers who killed his father and proceeded to knock him out.

While he was in Blackgate Penitentiary, after a visit form James Gordon, Ignatius Ogilvy hints at them working together in the future.

Depending on what version of Prometheus you're going with, they both have some unique attributes to them.

Wikipedia said Curt Calhoun, the original Prometheus, possesses a metal epidermis, which confers superior strength and durability. Calhoun is also capable of raising the temperature of his armored form to several hundred degrees Celsius.

If I understand that correctly, Calhoun would have Colossus like abilities.

Wikipedia said The second Prometheus possesses no superhuman abilities, but like the hero Batman has undergone intense physical and mental training and utilizes an extensive range of equipment and technology. Common tools include body armor; gauntlets that fire various projectiles; a tonfa with several technological features; and a helmet that in addition to emitting strobe lighting capable of disorientation and hypnotism, can via a compact disc allow a download of the knowledge and physical skills of others directly into his brain, his default disc including the skills of thirty of the world's greatest martial artists. Where Prometheus obtains this information is not known, but his combat skills include the duplicated abilities of Batman and Lady Shiva, although it is unclear how much combat training he would possess if he had to fight without the helmet. The 'battlesuit'/helmet combination is also equipped with an Artificial Intelligence that can rapidly calculate and deploy a variety of strategies and countermeasures that have allowed Prometheus at various times to incapacitate entire groups of Justice Leaguers singlehandedly and simultaneously. Finally, the second Prometheus possesses the "Ghost Key," which allows the villain to teleport himself and other objects and persons to and from a dimension called the "Ghost Zone." It can also be used to inflict total molecular disintegration on a target, but Prometheus only employed this function once, when he eliminated an unsuspecting Retro.

So we have someone who can learn anyone martial arts skills and knowledge, hypnotize others, has an AI which makes him a master strategist and can teleport. He's a real buzzkill for any other player to RP with.

Wikipedia said The third Prometheus relies on the use of two pistols, although he also possesses his mentor's helmet and artificial skills, giving him the training to defeat even Lady Shiva in a matter of seconds.

This one isn't too bad, but he still has that bloody helmet.

Wrath on the other hand is trained similarly to Batman and uses firearms, he's much more like your Deathstroke if you want to expand the character library within your niche.

Hm. I'll go with Wrath. His suit is cool, he has a cape, and he can be RP'd with that isn't a buzzkill

I could make Prometheus not a buzz kill. Have him hard on cash, low on equipment, and you have yourself a poor man's Batman :)

Hardly as original an idea as you seem to think it is.
