Yo, thanks for checking out my post! I'm new to this site, but not new to roleplaying. I did a lot of chat room roleplaying a long time ago (Any chatzy RPers out there?), did some forum roleplaying, some tabletop stuff. I'm by no means an amazing writer. My writing is plenty flawed, especially given how long it has been since I wrote anything for creative purposes. Here's a quick rundown on who I am, and what I'm looking for in a partner:
I'm going to list fandoms first. They're listed in order of preference:
Instead of just listing generic pairings, I'd rather list generic genres, and then we can plot together from there. Like fandoms, these are ordered by preference. I don't mind mixing and matching, and in some cases would prefer it.
Don't be shy, I'm a pretty easy-going person and I'm down to work with you on pretty much anything to get us going on a cool story. I just ask that any requests be made via PM, please. It is easier to keep track of.
- I'm a dude, 21. Currently I'm not working, though I plan to start pretty quick. I just made a big move so I'm still trying to get a feel for the area and what I want to do here. AKA I have plenty of time on my hands, for now.
- I can generally match whatever I'm given in terms of post length. When I say that I don't care about post length, I genuinely don't care. I won't give you one liners, but I'm not going to write 2000 words per post. If the situation requires a longer post, I will write a longer post. If you're going to get all uptight about post length then don't bother messaging me. That being said, I probably average 2-5 paragraphs per post.
- As for 18+ content, I'm fine with most of it, if the situation calls for it. I'm not here to write porn or straight up gore or anything of that nature. If you're the type of person that wants to fade to black I'm cool with that. If you want to write that kind of stuff out, I just ask we don't go on for pages and pages.
- I prefer MxF or FxF, and would like some level of romance. I don't like having romance being the primary plot, but every story has to have some element of romance, right?
- If we're writing from a fandom, I prefer OC stuff to canonical characters. If you want to write using canon characters, I ask that generally they are more used as side characters. Some fandoms I'd be alright with canon characters, and I will list those so that you know.
- When establishing characters, I prefer to keep it brief. Name, age, sex, general appearance (face claims/artistic depiction/description is cool with me. I prefer some form of artistic depiction.), general personality, and general history. If you want to keep some of that stuff closer to the chest that is fine. All I require is a name and some kind of appearance so that I have something to go off of.
- I'm not big on anime, and if you are curious and want to know why, its a bit of a long story. There is some anime-like media I've enjoyed, and I'll list it in the fandom section, but if it isn't listed there, I likely have no clue about it.
- I generally have some plots in mind for most of the things listed here, though if you have some ideas feel free to share!
- I enjoy discussing stuff OOC, so don't be afraid to get some discussion going.
