Omni Corruption Inducement can corrupt in many ways I both corrupt and destabilize data as wll as matter and anti-matter. I can also make people bad, or cause the very environment to die due to corruption in the air or soil.

Well, that may be a minor problem. Withers are the only thing recognized by an omniscient AI (which they killed) to be an absolute negative. Everything else had its place in the universe and helped it along, but Withers could only destabilize. So, corrupting their matter might work, but their concept and actual being can't be corrupted by virtue of already being at maximum corruption.

Careful that you don't accidentally create Withers that only have metaphysical bodies, because while their physical threat would be diminished, they would be nigh-impossible to kill and still just as strong psychically.
