I think the reason responses aren't happening is because there are some very important instances that need punctuation and clarify that currently have none. It is very difficult to understand the prompt, as written.

Two twins are in an arraigned marriage to few kingdoms? What does that mean? Are twins just marrying to ally themselves with 2 other kingdoms? Are they royal? Are the twins males or females? Which side initiated the marriages? What are the significance of the marriages? Have they married enemies? Are they in danger? If so, why? Are our characters meant to rescue them? Do they need rescuing? What time period does this take place in?

They marry Neko Kitsume. Both of them do? How are 'few kingdoms' involved if they are both marrying the same person? Why does Neko matter? What is his role in this story?

a dark elf human and a elf. What? I assume there are meant to be commas here. A dark elf, Human and an Elf? WHat about these three individuals? Are the twins meant to be two out of the three races? Wouldn't that negate them being twins if one twin is a mutt of two races and the other is purebred? Are they both mixed of equal parts of those three races? Is Neko supposed to be a mix between all three, or is it thetwins? How did that happen? Or are there 3 unnamed individuals belonging to each race that hadn't been mentioned, yet?

Seems like you want to make a pizza and pulled out some dough, so far. There is still a lot of ingredients, preparations and procedures left before you have a worthy pizza to present. Much luck to you and I'm happy to help if you need some lite guidance.
