So, one of my favourite movies is Mr. Right. If you haven’t seen it, the plot is pretty simple: a woman goes through a breakup with her partner and ends up incidentally meeting another man. He is completely different, caring, funny, kind of weird but more quirky, and just the best person she’s met in a long time. Mr. Right, one might say.
The only problem is the little detail of him being an assassin. A reverse kind of assassin, one who kills those who hire him, because of a confused moral code. Things start to unravel when the woman finds out that all those ‘jokes’ about him being hunted and killing people were not jokes. What to do now?
This sounds kind of serious, but I would like it to be in the genre the movie is in, that being mostly a comedy. There will obviously be some serious moments and darker things, but I’d like it to be lighthearted!
As the title suggests, this will be an MxM version of the story. I would like to play the role of oblivious partner.
This can go a couple different ways. I have an idea of where I’d like it to go, but am totally open to ideas!
Now, I don't have many rules, but these are two absolutely vital and non-negotioanable ones: My partners must be 18+, and there will be absolutely no smut in the story. And when I say absolutely no smut, I mean not even fade to black, I mean not even allusions. I am not interested. I do cute stuff with characters and their relationships but that's it.
Also, given the content of the RP, I appreciate there will be violence. However, I am not interested in the gratuitous. Let’s keep it on the less intense side of things!

I’m looking for a more casual pace than I’ve had in the past. I’ve been an advanced writer for ages but other commitments and a tendency towards creative burnout has made me reconsider the quantity. Things like establishing posts will be longer, but the rest I’m hoping for a lighter volume. I’ll still give you plenty to work with, though!
I write via PMs exclusively and adore OOC chat. My timezone will likely be off from yours as I’m from the land down under. Like I said, I have commitments that are still in full swing even with everything going on, so my reply rate may be wonky. Also, sometimes I just don’t have the muse for writing. I will always let you know if it’s going to be a longer period of time!
