Hey there! The name is OGSG. I am a 20+ roleplayer and identify as he/him/his. My hope is that I keep this search as simple as possible while outlining some specific details that I am looking for in a Pokemon RP. If you've read all the way through, great! I am looking for a roleplayer that can play a female lead opposite of my male character in a detailed, but chill roleplay (chill meaning no one is pressed for replies all the time). A little bit more about myself: I work as an online tutor (excellent times now, right?) so I do have free time occasionally here and there between clients. More times than not, I'm near my computer or my phone so I'll be able to banter via OOC or even post. Ideally, my partner is good with communication as well; they don't have to be chatting OOC all day per se, but it would be nice to know that you are alive every now and then!

When it comes to roleplay, I seriously have all the ideas. ALL OF THEM. I'm always thinking of ways to torture our characters (not like that, but you get that picture), set them up for success or failure, and, of course, make them fall in love (or hate) with each other. The ideal RP partner is capable of doing the same. I don't want to feel as if I'm the one carrying the RP by always moving or shifting the scene and coming up with new scenarios. I like to be surprised as well! This RP will be an elaborate and collaborative effort in creating a wondrous environment that we cannot get enough of. That being said, I always have ONE main character, but will play MULTIPLE side characters, allies, villains, rivals, etc. If we RP together, I expect you to do the same!

So, here are some quick hitters that you should probably need to know:

• My word count falls anywhere between 300 to 750 words. Just depends on where we are in the roleplay. This isn't necessarily a deal breaker with me as the RP progresses as I've worked with partners where our word count has tapered off because there's a level of trust with one another that we can go BIG at the appropriate moments. But if it's just dialogue? Some quick back and forth keeps the muse sharp.
• Third person is my preference. Past or present doesn't matter to me, but I use past tense. First person doesn't vibe well with me, sorry!
• As my partner, I prefer 18+. If you contact me, let me know what your age is if it is not listed on your RG profile.
• I will only do M/F romance with my character being the male. I play female side characters, but my main will always be male.
• As far as Discord organization, the RP will take place over a server with multiple channels for several different features (character info, in character, OOC, inspiration, etc.). We can discuss more of that as we mold the RP.
• I'm somewhat ghost friendly, but I tend to have a quick leash if the vibe is off. If you don't want to do the RP anymore and it's early in the process, then just delete me or leave and it's all good! However, if you are unresponsive and are still on my friends list after a few days, then I'm likely to delete you unless we've had communication about a time frame for certain things.
• My preference is to use REAL LIFE FACE CLAIMS that have some level of RACIAL DIVERSITY. I'm open to Anime pictures as well, but if you are down with real life diverse face claims? You shoot to the top of the list!

Now, let's get into the plots.

• Pokemon Academy - I really want to do something like Harry Potter/Hogwarts/Yu-Gi-Oh GX but in a Pokemon World! Something like a mystery over the course of several years where our characters grow as students at a prestigious academy that sets them up to be great contributors to the society. We can create our own overarching plot as well as subplots as well that would consist of action, angst, drama, romance, maybe even horror? Who knows, but the possibilities are endless.
• Action/Spy Pokemon Trainers - On the other hand, I would be open to doing something where our characters are recruited to an organization where elite Trainers are brought in and are given quests that would save the world from imminent doom. Think of something along the lines of Kingsman (if you've ever seen that) but they could receive quests like any sort of RPG or something like Percy Jackson? I don't know, my mind is all over the place with this one, but we could work something out, certainly.
• Classic Journey - I'm not really in the mood for a classic journey, but the right plot could open my mind to it!

My knowledge of Pokemon is pretty in-depth to be honest! However, the last game that I've played are B2W2. I only have knowledge of the more recent games. I'm very much so an "old school" Pokemon kind of guy, with my favorite regions being the first 4 to 5, so if you're worried about not knowing about recent Pokemon, don't worry at all!
