I was thinking about Sonic's birth mother died protecting Sonic from the tribe that killed his foster mother, Longclaw. Of course, Sonic's father, who was near death from wounds he received from protecting Sonic and his birth mother.

After Sonic's birth mother was killed, Sonic's father was distraught, and despite his injuries, he was able to bring his son to a family friend, who happened to be Longclaw. Upon arriving at Longclaw's, Sonic's father collapsed, dropping Sonic on Longclaw's doorway.

Long story short, I am thinking that Sonic's father somehow survived, and taken prisoner by the tribe that killed Longclaw. After learning that his son is indeed alive, just on a different planet, Sonic's father escapes and uses a ring to get to earth, and start the journey to finding his son.

It's sort of like a father/son bonding story, and for this I need the following characters-
