Bio: Darcy was born in Ireland but didnt spend long there as her family moved to America before she was even two years old. She spent her childhood being ridiculed all throught school until she met a group of friends in highschool that made her feel like she belonged. Description and History: Dr.Bauer was one of the first few female nurses that was hired onto the Northern State Asylum staff in 1913 and incidently spent her life working there up to her death. Over the years, Dr.Bauer climbed the ladder, moving from nurse to head nurse then Lobotomist.

Though she was a hard worker, she was quite rude to paitents and often mistreated them. At the time, so were a majority of the staff there. Her death was caused by a retaliation of a paitent whom pushed her down a flight of stairs. The impact and the breaking of her neck ultimately killed her, yet her spirit still lingers there, haunting those who dare enter the asylum. Shes known to appear in the second floor halls and sencond floor comissary hall.

Description and History: Mr.Larson was admitted to the Aslyum in 1956, this man suffered from pranoia and schizophrenia. He was known for violent outbursts and refusing to comply with the orderly, often physically fighting them which led to sedatives being used on him.

As he became more uncontrollable, the Asylum had no other choice but lethal injection. His criminal records shown three acxounts of murder and that he pleaded insanity, which led him here and with the State Police's permission. They finally put Larsin to sleep. His spirit ros the first floor, mainly in his cell numbered soxt seven, the hall coming from his cell and the rec room. He is known for his derannged yelling and aggressive nature.

Description and History: The Shade is a very ambiguous spiritual being. Not much is really known of who it was. Some suggest it was a patient who killed themselves there. This being tends to stay in the basent of the Asylum where it's pitch black. Not many people have encountered this being and those whom have are known to disappear, maybe it engulfs them into to void. The only thing that indicates The Shade's prescence is its red glowing eyes.

Appearance: Dylan is tall and lanky, like a beanpole. His hair is brown and wavy and he keeps it cut short. He favours baggy clothes and muted colours, making him hard to pick out of a crowd if you don't know hiw to look for him. His eyes are hazel and often shift around, but when he focuses on something he has a piercing stare that has gotten him into trouble on occasion. He has a scar on his neck from when he tried to fight a racoon as a child and he has several tatoos, one on his left shoulder, one on the left side of his torso, and one on his back. He also has several piercings, though these days he doesn't wear any earrings or studs.

Bio: Born into a troubled family, Dylan was naturally drawn to do delinquency. While always average intellectually, he had always been good with his hands and he became a skilled amateur lockpicker and pickpocket. His parents fought often and had always had difficulty finding work so money was always difficult. They decided to move to Seattle just before Dylan entered highschool, as his father had been promised good work there.

His highschool life was a mostly peaceful one, fortunately. He was classmates with Darcy and her group of friends. While he did not share her interest in the paranormal he was simply glad for the company, and they needed his skills on several occassions. Unfortunately, his happiness wouldn't last very long. The work his family had moved to Seattle for fell through and his troubled family becane even more troubled. This affected Dylan badly as he began college, causing him to start failing classes and become habitually truant. Dylan still hung out with his friends, went to parties, explored abandoned houses, but it was obvious he was not in a good place. He promptly dropped out of college after an explosive divorce and became a soulless drifter, stealing to get by. Until one day, when he tried to steal from the wrong house. The house's owner was a locksmith and his locks had stopped Dylan cold until they were able to confront him. To his surprise, the locksmith offered him work. They were impressed by his skills and how far he had gotten with no formal training. He was introduced to the artistry of locks and lock making at the locksmith's workshop and thus was born his passion.

With a newfound purpose in life he has tried to sharpen himself for the better, abandoning old haunts and trying to make a new life for himself. He immersed himself in his work, met new people and rekindled connections. Old habits die hard, however, and when a friend asks him for help breaking into an old asylum he just couldn't say no...
