If you are referring to Kimimaro with his Dead Bone Pulse Kekkei Genkai, I personally will only approve it in balanced conditions. Then again, I am confident you will be able to balance it out just fine ;-)

Also, a note for all to see - I am attending an AnimeShow that is held every year in our Capital + a Midterm from Calculus is approaching on Monday. I apologize for everybody delayed by this absence.

Okay, edited them both to clarify the dojutsu, now it's able to see chakra sources and signatures.

Though I was thinking that Niji should have something new jutsu-wise by now, but unless I tried for a sub-par version of LRA, I've not got much in mind.

@Glitch

LRA is unacceptable. Even a heavy nerfed one is likely still too much. Certainly for a mere chuunin. Besides, characters that were already in the RP and thus could do something in the timeskip were needed to inform the mods about it before the IC here started. I am afraid that its too late as I and some others were told that there was a kind of deadline before Gero and the others would stop reviewing anything that you could train/work for during the timeskip.

Just noticed as a Sub GM, I can't accept CS's. :C
Sorry Nicias Askani! Otherwise you would have my acceptance as well.

This was something I didn't know because word wasn't actively spread to everyone who still had characters invested in the RP, at least not to me anyway. Granted yes I wasn't active, didn't contact you guys much and I don't expect to be told everything as and when it occurs, but a nudge would've still been nice so that I at least knew what was going on.

Besides, I can accept that LRA is too much, but learning nothing in two years? Unless there was major slacking that's illogical.

Edit: I'm not aiming at you specifically, Alice, but if I were at least told the basic idea of "We're moving back to RPG, if you want your characters to learn anything and join back in, we'll need you to sort it out with us soon" it would've been a bit nicer than being left in the dark with my (unfortunately undeclared, sorry about that) hiatus.

Edit again: It wouldn't have taken more than five minutes to find me on skype via the old chat and send me a message, might I add. I know you guys have a policy of not chasing up inactive people that much, but it's not all that much time, even I would bother to check up on people and I'm lazy as all hell.

I understand how this could be annoying for you Glitchy but like you said, it was really hard to find you after the guild went down. Honestly I don't think a lot of people could have found your skype to inform you about the upcoming transition. I'm not sure if you also received a message from Gero on the backup site but to my knowledge he sent a "heads-up" to basically anyone that was active. It was even harder to find you on the back-up site because I don't recall you using your regular username of "GlitchyBugger" this just added to the confusion. Trust me, if I knew what username you used on the backup site I would have probably contacted you at somepoint (most likely to bitch at you more then notify you but thats not the point).

I'm not in any administrative power here so basically Im just telling you this as a friend.
--
As for not learning in two years its more believable then you may think. I say this because generally having reasoning calms me down a bit and maybe it would help you out as well. Within the one and a half years (18 months) Niji and Shinichi would have to travel back to Kumo after being notified about Kumo's victory (this may take a month or two just due to how disconnected the team was from everyone else.) Additionally the whole team would have a lot more to focus on then just simple training. Most of the time would probably be dedicated to rebuilding the town all while defending from potentially raiders, this obviously not leaving a bunch of time for straight up learning.

You could of course argue that while defending the town you would gain experience but at most it would just strengthen a variety of jutsu and not build up a whole new technique.
--
Hopefully this helps you out a bit but if not I don't know what to tell you. I'm sure as a team, Shinichi and Niji can progress fairly quickly and this whole confusion wouldn't even matter. I guess the easiest way to prevent this confusion from happening again is to make yourself easily reachable while you go on hiatus. Put your skype (or something) in your signature or on your profile (I don't know if you can currently do that or not on the current guild) and try to keep a consistant username between the backup-site and the main guild. If we can easily reach you this problem shouldn't repeat itself.

As a matter of fact Gero at least has me on skype. Anyway I know I'm at fault for disappearing without mention, but I didn't think it was going to be difficult to find me, at least not on skype.

On the previous note of training though, I would like to think that Niji would have learnt something, but if GMs say no because I missed an ooc thing, then fine. Will just have to make do without any shiny new techniques.

Glitch, it was said on the OOC and spread around for several times. That if you want to learn something in the timeskip, let us know it and then we'll discuss it. It has been said before the December crash and several times in the insanity of the group chat. Also some members spread it. Like Gamer said, its a bit annoying, but that is how it is. If you want your character to learn something in two years, you have to write trainings etc. We have opened a whole time skip board for it, but still need to know what and how. For now we won't accept anything new as the deadline has already passed. Some still need to write down trainings and such in order to get what they asked for fully approved, but that is it.

I am not always on skype and the policy is indeed that we don't chase after inactive people anymore. You said that you disappeared without mention and I have it fairly busy myself. Like you, I can say it wasn't that hard to pm me yourself. But that is something we can drag out a long time. Best thing is just to plan some trainings in the IC with Gamer and that would be it. Next time, please watch the OOC or ask me on occasion if there is something new or such. That way we can avoid these kinds of things. :)

Its just a suggestion Asura but as far as I know we still need a good amount of ninjas for Kumo, Kiri, and Amega. Why not give one of those villages a try. Kill everyone, and leave....I mean...stay and be an epic ninja in one of those villages.

Also just to say it, everyone needs to start out with a genin first and then can eventually make higher skilled ninja.

I was going to switch to Cloud anyway. They have more kick ass sword skills. I may forsake the sword, as it seems a LOT of people use them.

If I go Genin, c-can I at least keep the panda?

EDIT; the fact he informed me of that saved me a lot of time, so I don't really mind the input. :p

I'm just saying. Location is an important thing when making your history. I didn't want them spending half an hour on an extensive histoy which they couldn't use in the Leaf Village.

I know, but often its easy to adapt it more easily.

@Asura
Well, starting genins are only allowed to start with small summonings. And am not sure about a Panda with Wood Release. Think that we might discuss it later, but for now its a no from me.

Gero I haz a quest-shun!

Did your Kumo jounin create 3 different clones or are you going to basically make a new one after each turn? I guess you could also post a response after each person attacks a clone but I don't know if you wanted to do that.

Now that that is out of the way...

The first one. Satoshi is going to create a clone and then examines the way how the students take it down. If you're eager to write, I could propose your genin also thinks or ponders on how their team mate has taken down the clone or how they will do it. Thoughts like that. ;)
