They live on the moon??
<Snipped quote by Galvanize>
Why even ask that question??
Cause your reaction.

<Snipped quote by Spiritblitz>
Right... so... the terminal?
<Snipped quote by Galvanize>
That was such a weird thing to ask!
<Snipped quote by Nimda>
My bad, it was a lame joke anyways.
<Snipped quote by System>
Yes, how do I pull it up?
<Snipped quote by Audacious>
Alright. So you met this guy—what happens next?
<Snipped quote by Spiritblitz>
*Taps at a spot that pulls up a holographic screen*
I can help, but it may lead to corruption that you’ll need to repair.
<Snipped quote by Galvanize>
What was the joke?
<Snipped quote by System>
That’s fine. I can do that.
<Snipped quote by Nimda>
Right, right. We talked, then ended up parting ways there. Nothing too complicated, but like I said, apparently it was expected that I know better. A bunch of adults that were nice to me before immediately returned after he left and started harassing me and yelling at me. I don’t think I ever cried harder, on the way home that day.
<Snipped quote by Audacious>
That’s awful!!
<Snipped quote by Spiritblitz>
*Nods*
Okay. Let’s do this.
*Holds my hand to the terminal, which induces random beeps and corrupted text, followed by several restart sequences*
<Snipped quote by Nimda>
It was. All the growing up hearing about how terrible the outside world must be, yet the worst I have ever been treated was definitely by my own people that day, and for a couple years following. But, maybe it was for the best, you know? Because in the end, it had the exact opposite effect to what I think they expected.

**my eyes glow white and red and white, fire-like data flows on my skin as I interact with the text and closing off the sequences*
What happened to this?
<Snipped quote by Spiritblitz>
Glitches. It causes random power failures to force important bits to flip... if we’re lucky.
<Snipped quote by Audacious>
What happened?
<Snipped quote by Audacious>
And what was that?
<Snipped quote by System>
Okay, that will be a problem. I’m gonna have to purge the bigger ones and replace them with adaptive code to reduce the chances of any interruptions.
