Personal Story:
Born in the village Hidden in the Moon, Akemi Mizu-Hana lives a happy life despite her homeland. She learns about the Hidden Leaf Village and it's exams for its people to become powerful Ninja. Feeling determind and wanting to enter, Akemi Mizu-Hana begins to train.

Not knowing of her family's secret, her parents wanting her to be a normal, happy girl, they ban her from training. Akemi Mizu-Hana is forced to train in secret, refusing to be discluded from her dreams of becoming a powerful Ninja that can defend her homeland in case of an enemy attack. As she trains, she discovers her family's reason for banning her from training. The more chakra she uses, the more she needs the blood of others to replenish her chakra, not understanding its connection to the moon. The more powerful the moon, the more powerful and greater her need for blood because she uses more chakra.

Akemi Mizu-Hana is in the midst of draining her last family, the villagers find her and banish her from the Hidden Moon Village, sending her away to the Hidden Leaf to hopefully put her powers to good use. The Hokage of the Hidden Leaf is written about what has happened with Akemi Mizu-Hana, and only the Anbu and other Jonin Ninja are allowed to know of Akemi's circumstances.

The Anbu are ordered to exterminate her if it become clear her bloodlust becomes too strong. She overhears this one evening and leaves the village during the night under a full moon, when her chakra is at its strongest in case she needed to defend herself. Upon leaving, she comes across Orochimaru.

Personality:
Akemi Mizu-Hana is quiet. She is not to be under-estimated however, for she takes her training very seriously. She becomes loyal to Orochimaru, refusing to leave his side even when she has the oppertunity. Almost immeadeatly she relates to Sasuke, as they have similar stories.

Kekkei Genkai:
Similar to the Akamichi clan, who uses large amounts of food to replenish their chakra, Akemi Mizu-Hana must drink the blood of other Ninja to replenish her chakra. The more powerful the Ninja, the more of a chakra boost she gains.

Kekkei Genkai Part II:
In relation to the moon, the more full the moon, the more of a chakra boost Akemi Mizu-Hana gets. During a new moon, her chakra supply is at it's normal level. During a full moon, her chakra gain is 10x's that amount.

The snake is extremely venomous. One bite can kill a fully grown Ninja in a matter of 5 minutes. Provided the snake doesn't swallow them whole slowly first.

AKEMI MIZU-HANA'S JUTSU LIST

1. (Water Release) Falling Rain Needles:
By using the existing rain around them, the user infuses their chakra into the individual raindrops, sharpening them into ultra-thin needles to fall down and skew their targets. Because of its minuscule nature and how they blend in with the rest of the rain, it is hard for a person to discern the true nature of this technique without prior knowledge.

2. (Water Release) Exploding Bubbles Technique:
After blowing dozens of bubbles, the user manipulates them to surround the enemy in all directions. Only the slightest amount of physical contact with an opponent is required to make these bubbles burst, resulting in a small but powerful explosion when they do. The user can then make them entirety detonate simultaneously with a snap of their fingers.

3. (Water Release) Drifting Bubble Technique:
User creates a giant bubble that surrounds them and another traveler. The bubble can travel short or long distances and is no danger of popping unless confronted by a sharp projectile.

4. (Water Release) Light Lotus Water Flowers:
The user creates drops of water from an outside source, which are then shaped into razor-sharp lotus petals. As the petals expand in size and spin around, emitting explosive energy in every direction, they are launched at the opponent. The petals can be controlled and are able to kill a man with a single petal.

5. (Water Release) Water Snake Water Form:
Summoning her water snake, Akemi Mizu-Hana transforms the beast into pure water with a gaping mouth. The hungry water snake follows its targets and swallows them whole before turning into a gushing body of water that carries the targets away.

6. (Water Release) Water Body:
This technique transforms the user's entire form into water and back at will, granting the user free control of their shape, including slipping through small cracks. This technique allows for high-level infiltration and stealth. By travelling down a target's mouth, even a recently deceased one, the user is also able to possess them, controlling the body's full range movements and actions as if their own personal body, even talking. Due to this form's fluid and malleable nature, physical attacks will harmlessly pass through them. However, this technique is very vulnerable to Lightning Release and still vulnerable to chakra disruption by an opponent.

7. (Water Release) Water Shuriken:
The user creates a large amount of shuriken, made out of water, and throws them at the opponent in quick succession.

8. (Water Release) Unavoidable Killer Water Spears:
A technique in which several large ice spikes emerge from below to impale anything in their vicinity. The rate at which this occurs is so sudden that it's considered to be a certain kill. When used inside an enclosed area like a cottage, it leaves very little room for escape.

9. (Water Release) Double-Edged Vortex:
User creates a large vortex of water around himself, which defends him from enemy attacks, as well as harms anyone in close proximity.

10. (Water Release) Water Shield:
The user launches a ball of water that turns into a shield capable of pushing back the opponent and blocking their attacks.

11. Shadow Clone Technique:
User creates a Shadow Clone of themselves which disappears in a puff of smoke when hit by a lethal attack.

TSUYOI OTOKO'S JUTSU LIST

1. (TaiJutsu, ShurikenJutsu) Deadly Senbon Dance:
User delivers a string of kicks, punches, and senbon slashes to his opponent, throws them up in the air while performing a back flip, and jumps higher than his opponent to throw senbon at them.

2. (TaiJutsu Release) 1000 Feet Exploding Punch:
Tsuyoi focuses a large amount of chakra into his fist and punches his target, sending his opponent crashing a thousand feet away. At the same time his fist connects to his opponent's midsection, Tsuyoi creates a chakra explosion from the palm of his hand, creating internal damage.

2. (TaiJutsu Release, Explosion Release) Exploding Palm:
The user creates a small explosion in their palm. If properly timed and angled, it can be used to send thrown kunai back at the enemy.

3. (TaiJutsu Release) Leaping Taunting Strike Attack:
Tsuyoi kicks target into the air and jumps up after them. While still in the air, the user provokes their opponent into attacking them, giving them the opening to kick their opponent higher into the air at greatly increasing speeds. The higher into the air and the faster they are moving, the more damage can be caused to their target when Tsuyoi punches or kicks them back into the ground at deadly speed. At the same time Tsuyoi punches or kicks his target back down to the ground, he focuses his chakra, causing extra damage to his opponent.

4. (TaiJutsu Release, Explosion Release):
After establishing direct contact with their opponent through a simple punch, Tsuyoi utilizes the Explosion Release to subsequently generate an enormous explosion from the opponent's insides. This explosion is powerful enough to completely obliterate an opponent far larger than Tsuyoi. Due to the directionality of the blast, the user minimizes any potential repercussions, such as being struck by resultant debris and even recoil appears to be completely negated.

5. (TaiJutsu Release, Explosion Release) Rapid Striking Palm Explosion Technique:
Rapidly palm striking their target's chest and belly, Tsuyoi creates mini explosions inside his opponent, causing fatal ruptures. I.E. when Tsuyoi strikes the opponents heart, the opponents heart bursts; when Tsuyoi strikes his opponents lung/s, the lung bursts, etc. This causes deadly internal damage and bleeding, eventually killing Akio's opponent.

Creating twelve shadow clones, Akio surrounds his opponent with his clones. He and his clones start to run around his opponent, gaining speed, kicking up dust and dirt. His opponent confused and disoriented, Tsuyoi and his clones strike his opponent with senbon needles that are wrapped with paper bombs. Snapping his fingers, the paper bombs explode, damaging his target.
