* Although her childhood was privileged and she enjoyed the freedom that was permitted by her wonderful family, Nathaira was expected to uphold her position as the heir to a Pure Blood lineage. Her parents and grandparents forced her into an arranged marriage with another Pure Blood heir. Nathaira was legally married on her sixteenth birthday. Immediately after becoming a wife, her life was thrown into a cycle of abuse and isolation. Nathaira's husband, whom was several years older than herself, restricted her education and successfully managed to transform the independent woman into his subservient housewife.
* Throughout the following years, the McKinney family took notice to their beloved Nathaira's behavior. Upon discovering how she was being treated by her husband, they intervened and demanded a divorce through the Ministry of Magic, against the husband's wishes. As expected, due to their high social standing in the Magical Community, the divorce was finalized without question or hesitation.
* Surprisingly, a few weeks after her divorce, Nathaira developed strange cravings for the oddest food combinations and her stomach was swelling. Believing her to have become sick, she was rushed to a Healer in a panic. Well, she wasn't under attack from any known disease. Instead, young Nathaira was pregnant. Overwhelmed with anxiety, Nathaira submitted to her family and they cared for her during this difficult period. Nathaira gave birth to a healthy baby boy, named Olyson (pronounced Ollie-son).
