Sorry about the delay on my post, been a bit under the weather. Anyways I'll finish up with my character's backstory soon, though it probably won't be posted until a few days from now, as I'll be busy with the holidays.

200 gold divided three ways is 66/67 each.

33*3+100 for Fay makes up the other 200 gold.

That's 400 gold total.

I thought there were 4 of you , so 50 gold each now is 200, and another 200 when we reach Keth, 50 gold each.
Vandernman isn't paying anyone any higher than 50 gold now and 50 gold at destination.
So he is paying u each 100 gold for protection, yes he is a cheap bastard 😁

Fay turned down the initial pay, hence 66/67 gold for the other three, and how Fay gets 100 afterward while the others only get 33.

Just wanted to ask before I jumped to conclusions in-character about how he wasn't a real merchant or something.

I think Fay just misunderstood Vandernman, he won't be paying her extra.
He's only giving you 50 gold each right now.

I think there's still a misunderstanding here. Fay just said she didn't need up-front pay, and would agree to help the man without it, so the 200 gold the man paid up-front would be split between the other three instead of all four of them. (66 each instead of 50 each)

After the job is done, since the three of them got paid 2/3rds of their final 100 gold share, they would only get the remaining 1/3rd, while Fay would get the whole 100 gold share at the end of the job. She would not be paid more.

Fay doesn't need the money NOW... She does expect to get her share at the end of the trip. I ain't a Saint.

I'm in Europe guys, so I won't be able to come online the same times as the US player, aswell as having irregular hours as a nurse. So I prefer staying here.

So either
Shield or Bow and Arrow.
