<Snipped quote by GalaxyRaider>
Wh-alright.
*Swings to the right, then hard to the left and flings us onto the platform*
I was gonna cheat and help you out.

Wh-alright.
*Swings to the right, then hard to the left and flings us onto the platform*
<Snipped quote by Server>
I was gonna cheat and help you out.
<Snipped quote by GalaxyRaider>
You mean by floating us up there?
<Snipped quote by Server>
Not that cheaty. I was gonna give you a little leg up. Your strength handles the two of us just fine though, so you go girl.
<Snipped quote by Path>
You don't need magic circles at all though, do you?
<Snipped quote by Session>
Nope. I am the magic circle, per say.
*looks at my staff and smiles*
You could say I was blessed to have such a seemingly simple and mundane magic type as my first.
<Snipped quote by Path>
Would you show off one of your first spells for me?
<Snipped quote by Session>
I believe I already did back at the tavern, but I can show you another.
*the staff disappears when I spin it and a pen replaces it*
<Snipped quote by Path>
Substitution? Or transmutation?
<Snipped quote by Session>
Substitution. Its an origin spell of a friend’s that I picked up a long time ago.
<Snipped quote by Path>
If you’re the casting circle, does that mean you have different concentrations of magic around your body when you cast?
<Snipped quote by Session>
Around or within, depends on the spells I am casting, but yes
<Snipped quote by Path>
You pass magic outside your body too? Not even contained in a casting circle?
<Snipped quote by Session>
*nods*
<Snipped quote by Path>
How do you stop it from getting disrupted or stolen?
<Snipped quote by Session>
That was a difficult task to figure out! A basic way and the first way that I used to make sure that the magic that passes was tethered To me. It was a good start, but it required some mental bandwidth
*puts my hand to the side of my mouth and whispers while raising my eyebrows up and down*
I learned that word from my daughter
*speaks normally*
So I had to find another way. Well speaking of my daughter! That leads right into the next way!
<Snipped quote by Path>
Woah, you’re daughter’s a mage too? What’s the next way?
<Snipped quote by Session>
Well, yes. A humanoid dragon mage who is made out of a magical metal that is like flesh. To be honest, my husband and I are realizing how strong she potentially can become. We made quite a little monster. Not only has the metal that inhabits my husband has fully integrated into her, it became a massive pool that can hold… well… a lot of magic. More than I can perceive or estimate and my magical power allowed for a natural synthesis with that magic within her.
<Snipped quote by Path>
Sooooo... a golem.
<Snipped quote by Session>
Nope! My daughter. Dragons are interesting creatures that can biologically adapt to their surrounds and elements. Their magic is cool too!
