I know I've done this the other way round, posting the RP before doing an interest check, but rules are meant to be broken (in a safe way yes?)
Tl;dr The RP's about a love story between a man and a mermaid, except you are given the freedom to craft the story in the manner similar to add-five-words-to-continue-the-story kind of game. No fix character sheets, no fix world setting, it's kinda a write-as-you-go kind of RP. I'm not sure if this RP will succeed but I do think it's fun to give this idea a try at least.
