Just called my mom and dad and had a nice long chat. For once, I actually got conversation out of my mom, so that was nice. <3

Funny story, husband bought this samurai sword with a reverse blade at a fanime convention on 2007 for $60-$100, he doesn't remember.
My dad's friend is a big sword guy, and Mike saw the blade today (We left the swords in my folk's place rather than move with them) and he says that it might be a legit WWII Japanese sword smuggled out of Japan and redone to hide its value. If Mike's right, it could be worth between $4-20K.
Like holy shit.

Maybe the universe has forgiven us.

I ran around a different route, thinking it'd be longer.... it was barely over a mile and a half.... thats so sad ;A; felt like it was longer, though, so maybe i'll go back to the other route.
