I can kinda just... create hardened blood cells... it definitely seems weird when I put it like that.

Not exactly hardened like that. Just hardened to the point where it can pierce things.

Kinda like this... Sorry, since I don't have an extra arm, this might hurt a bit.
*I flick a thin string of blood up, cutting off her arm, then immediately putting it back together with a mix of both Blood Manipulation and Psychokinesis. Not a drop of blood spilled...*
I could cut through thicker stuff, but I didn't want to... ruin anything.
