It was pretty much like any other day of anyone's life in the town. It was roughly 6PM, when people were starting to fill the mall. Some were there to purchase food for the weekend after the rough working hours, others were hanging out with their friends, getting started early at their upcoming night out, working on the various stores, or just spending their casual time along in the crowds.

However, in a blink of an eye, something was far from normal. no-one really knew what happened, at one second everything was there, and then it wasn't. The lights outside had turned off in sense that not even the sun managed to shine inside the windows. Just a complete black void and if it wasn't for the lights inside, rest of their lives inside would of been in complete darkness. Of course this created curiosity, anxiety, even a lot of fear of unknown as people were not sure how to deal with this phenomenon. The first most daring ones tried to venture outside only to realize that it wasn't merely dark outside, but the darkness was solid, a substance instead of being only lack of light.

Now that these people seem to be trapped inside the mall, roughly 130 of them, it is only a matter of time before someone realizes the food inside, as much as it is, Isn't going to last for so many if they 'stick together'... and that might not even be the worst kind of scene imaginable, as the appearance, as well as the affection if the dark matter outside is yet unknown.

So hi, trying a new RP since my first one around here didn't do so good. Learned from my experiences though (at least I hope I did ._. )) and trying again. This is rather freeform RP and you can play as anyone that would be fit to be in the mall at the time.

Rules:
- No godmodding, nothing against the rules of the site, all of the rather obvious stuff.
- It is a crowded mall. You're probably not walking on empty hallways at the first day of the 'quarantine'.
- You can do whatever you prefer in the RP though, in the way you can have any kind of motivation for you character. No need to play strictly good, strictly bad, you'll do whatever you feel is comfortable.
- You may kill off others, you can also get killed by others. I will be fair judge on these, but the premise is rather to the point that if someone has a knife on your throat, they are in command of your life at that moment. Be reminded though, that even the slightest form of GM in such scenes, assuming anyone would even want to be a murderer, will be stated as instant loss.
- You want to control NPC's, in form of having a group of buddies or such? Sure, PM me and we'll discuss about it. If you want it, you'll most likely get it.
- Anything over pg 13 goes to PM's. Not forbidding it from happening entirely though, in case gang wars start or such. If scenes in this category are involved, the RP'ers will play the scene, send it to me and I'll be softening the post or skipping it in literal form of the RP in IC.
- There is possibility of secrets involved. If you notice something in the area, or you hear something that others would not, even being whispered to by someone, that will be PM'd to you. You can do anything you want with the information given to you. If you folks decide to do things like these yourself, you'll need to legitimize them with me. If I haven't heard of it from you, it didn't happen, simple as that.
- Anything else? Not sure... adding rights to add more here in case needed.

Other: You can have a few trivial things here, you can have a full bio here. No need to have much stuff if you think you prefer to clear them in IC for the sake of character build, but crucial skills are needed here. Your character Isn't suddenly brawling expert if it Isn't here. If you want to keep any of these as secret, you know what to do.

You can do as many characters as you want to. However, remember more characters = more effort so I assume you'll be pulling more weight if you handle more characters.

Why you're in the mall?: She was at work in one of the kids toy stores on the second floor.
Other: Danielle has a very strong maternal instinct. She watches out for children and makes sure they have enough to eat. She is a very organized woman, Her family consisted of her, her mother, and her little brother Sam, that was until her mother died. Her mother was one of the brave few and somehow she didn't come back. Dani doesn't know if the black matter killed her or if there was someone that killed her mother. But she stopped worrying about it so that she can keep her brother calm.

Other: Sam has been in karate for the past 3 years and was in boy scouts from age 6 to age 10 so his survival skills are pretty good. He tends to panic though and is only really calm around his sister especially since their mother died

Why you're in the mall?: He came to buy some clothes, and when he did, on his way out, the unfortunate event happened.
Other: Brooding, introverted, lonely, cold. Doesn't associate with a lot of people. He is a tsundere. Has trained boxing but not a lot, but has great stamina and can run fast at greater lengths, also has good reflexes.
