I think that is a good thing, We can establish the world they are being dropped into. Thus the mc's feel forced and out of place. A natural alienation, XD

Edit: Also in case anyone DOES run into her, the books she's carrying are mostly texts on different languages, a couple books on counterspells, and a really thick tome of legends.

People typically avoid bumping into people carrying tall and heavy stacks of books...in real life, not anime verse. In the anime universe, you just charge in with your eyes closed and your arms flailing...

Usually two people run into each other because they're both distracted. I've seen quite a few people crash because they were walking backwards

Though there are mixed posts, but I did originally state that it was noon-ish...also, other bookworm could be walking towards the library with a stack of books to return, or helping to bring in dah new books...?
