Information - Recruited from the military, Raphael was sought out for his skills on the battle field, being capable of tactical operations and cover ops. As a part of he Foundation, he contributes his tracking and combat abilities when needed as a field agent. Being with the organization for around 4 years has exposed him to many strange phenomena and questionable occurrences but he's never been the one to ask questions. He does however have a sometimes unconventional way of doing things. Even thous his methods can seem odd at times, it usually gets the job done.
