Just the fact that you can play well enough and have the capacity to record puts you above most people here.

Vehemently Yours wrote an ode to mahz in Oct 2008 (Only found Page 2 in the cache)

I like it, although I feel like some of the word choices are too long. You could easily substitute some of the higher-syllable words for better flow.
