My intention is to create a highly detailed role play in which the players will begin spaced throughout westerous, the free cities, vais dethrac and generally the world of Game of Thrones. This will be small at first as I do want to give everyone their equal build within the story. Five is what I have set at present but it may grow as it progresses. If you are interested, note it on here and please send me a basic story for your character. This does not require knowledge of the world of Mr. Martian however it does not hurt. Also, be aware that this is a world where a slight misstep can cost you your life and I will be playing it as such. There will be a minimum of spoilers that are not already in the shows
Each person will have, at least to begin with, their own storyline
Characters will be passed through me before going live or they will die by GM lighting-bolt
Your specific location will be assigned by the GM with your character and requests in mind
General age of PCs will range from 14-17 with exceptions needing solid story backing
All walks are open but special will require the self-same background strength and demonstration of skill
The GM reserves the right to abridge, maim, correct, erase or otherwise muck about with your character and the above rules.

If we're doing a Game of Thrones type of RP, if you don't mind my asking, why would most of the PCs be aged 14-17? Don't most of the older people pull the strings and keep the plot going in the show? Just curious as to why the general age would be 14-17.

Because I wanted to allow the players to grow into power and create their own strengths and stories. Basically, starting the players younger will, hopefully, mean that they live longer and have a better learning curve than if they had just been dropped into the fray.

Fair enough. May I ask how the pacing of this RP will go, then? I'd imagine that there'd be some sort of time jump from time to time to keep players interested in the character development aspect you've implemented.
