There were a good bunch of players on the old guild, so I thought I'd plop up a general discussion thread?
Who's playing? What are people running?

Personally I'm running a Cyber Dragon OTK deck and a Machina/gadget deck that is all about summoning honour ark, exciton and big eye.

Cool :)
Skull servants can still be quite decent.
Wicked gods are a bit of a toss up in my opinion

Skull servants can still be decent indeed :)
Wouldn't be a proponent of the wicked gods though :p

They recently released a second Yugioh game on Xbox Live Arcade. It goes right up to like... Ghosttricks and GImmick Dolls. I can't think of anything newer that's on there (I don't follow it very closely).

Anyway, it's good. It's a lot better to play the game with the mechanics going through automatically.

I like to run (shitty) Dark Magician decks and (shitty) Skull Servant/Wight decks. And you know what's really shitty about that? (Shitty-er.)

Some of the newest OCG cards coming out are Dark Magician support cards and the Xbox game will likely never update its card list :(

And on top of that, there's going to be a new Skull Servant card in the first set of the new series. THAT is definitely not going to make it to the Xbox game.

So yeah. I've been wanting an updated Yugioh game on Xbox for awhile (the last one only had synchro stuff) and now that it came out, it's like 6 months too early. Ugh.

Use DevPro or dueling network if you want to avoid the physical game?

I feel very out of the Yu-Gi-Oh loop considering the most recently made card I have in my deck is Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon, which, from the general consensus when I ask people about it, is a rather lethal card in Dragon-themed decks.

Shit I hardly even know how Synchro monsters work let alone all this Xyz stuff.

I should probably just stay in my closest with huge boxes containing hundreds if not thousands of old trading cards from the 1990s.

1. REDMD is fucking baws.
2. Don't be afraid, I only got back on the train a few months ago but love it now again.
3. Synchros and Xyzs are confusing at first just because they are different. Your opinion on them will go from, confused, understood, thinking they're OP to 'AWESOME' haha.

I use Xbox because I have a small group of friends on there and we hardly game on PC.

I probably would use DEVPRO if my friends were capable of it. Including Skype and everything.

Well dev pro uses very little resources has chat and is reasonably well automated.

As my username might hint, I use zombies. Give me Dragonecro any day; I'll wreck some brains.
But I also like to mix it up. I decided to list a few other things I really like running.
