Personality: For a great hero from the Age of Gods, Odysseus is surprisingly lax. Perhaps it has something to do with being forced into all those fancy adventures of his. He's the type who does whatever he feels doing, often completely unrelated to the war, and prefers to solve conflicts he's involved in diplomatically without having to resort to tests of might. Don't take his preference for combat avoidance as a sign of weakness, however. A veteran of many adventures, Ruler is a cunning warrior, ruthless and merciless to his enemies and willing to grind them into the dirt in order to secure a quick, efficient victory for his side. Though he does possess a sense of 'hero's honor', he prefers to fight like more like an Assassin, altering the definition of what fair combat is in order to suit his needs. It could be said that Ruler's preference for diplomacy is not born out of pacifism, but rather born out of lack of motivation.

Magic ResistanceProtection against magical effects. Differently from the Resistance effect that merely rejects prana, this ability cancels the spells altogether.
A: Cancel spells of A-Rank or below. In practice, Ruler is untouchable to modern magi, so it would not be an exaggeration to title him a "Magus Killer".

A: Capable of calm analysis of battle conditions even when in danger and deduce an appropriate course of action after considering all possibilities to escape from a predicament. So long there is even a chance of a comeback, this ability greatly improves the chances of winning
Prana Burst (Wind)The increase in performance caused by infusing one's weapons and body with wind-based magical energy and instantly expelling it. Simply put, recreating the effect of a jet burst by expending large amounts of prana.
C: Ruler most often uses this skill to change the direction and/or increase the force of his arrows. However, this skill cannot be used in a westward direction and impossible maneuvers are still impossible.
Protection of the Divine (Athena)The blessing of a Divine Spirit. Specifically, Athena, Goddess of skill, strategy, and warfare. This skill negates mental interference and provides a boost to Luck when solving a problem.

This Noble Phantasm allows Ruler to manifest any of his trials against his enemies. From the siren song to a rampaging cyclops to the lotus eater garden, Ruler can force anybody within the vicinity of the Noble Phantasm to experience whatever ordeal of his own that he chooses. Similarly to the Gate of Babylon, the only cost is summoning and dispelling. Unfortunately, Ruler is only the summoner not the controller, meaning that he and his master are valid targets as well... Though he can just deactivate the Noble Phantasm. Additionally, Ruler cannot re-summon entities or setpieces that have been killed or destroyed, nor can he manifest more than one at a time.
Trojan Horse: Beware of Greeks Bearing GiftsB+, Anti-Unit A crystallization of Ruler's cunning and trickery, named after his greatest deception: the Wooden Horse of Troy.
When activated, this Noble Phantasm provides Ruler with Rank-A Presence Concealment (It is possible to disappear completely and become almost impossible to be detected. However, it is dispelled if any preparations to attack are taken) or the ability to change his form, depending on choice. Passively it feeds false information about Ruler's stats and parameters, and gives him a boost to Strength and Agility when surprise attacking. The passive ability is dispelled once one knows Ruler's true name. Additionally Presence Concealment will be reduced to C-Rank (Suitable for infiltration).
Great Bow of Ithaca: Unstrung Proof of KingshipD~B, Anti-UnitA crystallization of Ruler's title as the greatest archer in Greece, as well as that of his bow, which was unable to be strung by anyone other than himself.
The bow itself is large, befitting its title of 'great', and fires arrows that are more like spears or javelins in nature. Not a flashy Noble Phantasm, Great Bow of Ithaca has a few simple yet potent effects. Its rank as a Noble Phantasm increases against those who have broken sacred hospitality, whether in legend or in the war, as well as when it is used in a surprise attack.
Misc: As an impartial mediator chosen by the Greater Grail, Ruler possesses 6 Command Spells which he can use to impose the authority of the GG/GM
