"I don't mind, what you make. I'm sure it will be good either way." He smiled as he watched her walk into the kitchen. He turned to Kaito and slapped his shoulder, "Welcome back to the land of the living my friend." He laughed a little and smiled. Maktane walked into the kitchen, "Need any help in here?" While waiting for an answer he shouted at Kaito, "So, Kaito, got any plans for when we get to floor four?"

Vixen smiled "yeah i could use ome help on The eggs and bacon. If you dont mind. I will do some french toast." She ztarted to cook her hair still messy and he was only in shorts and a tank top. She boundced a bit as the bracelet around her ankle gingled. "Yeah what the plan hero? We takin on some monsters or serching the town? Either way. We should do some shopping"

Maktane tried to help as best he could, not being that good of a cook he constantly asked Vixen for help, "Sorry, I know I'm suppose to be helping, but I'm just not good at this." He scratched the back of his head. He noticed the bracelet around her ankle and pointed to it, "Where did you get that?" He asked trying to keep conversation going to cover up his horrible cooking skills. "It looks really nice."

Vixen looked down and wiggled her foot "hawthorn got it for me when eli passed." She smiled. She walked to him and put her hand on top of his. "Tap the egg and then spread your fingers apart like so." So pushed his fingerz appart as the egg dropped into the pan"see perfect" She smiled.

Maktane blushed a little when she place her hand on his and then looked quite puzzled at the way she cracked the egg. "If we meet up in the real world, you need to teach me how to cook." He laughed a little and smiled. "So this Hawthorn guy, you said he was a friend right?" He turned to her, "And you said he fought on the front lines... Do you think he knew my older brother." He asked, he averted his eyes for a second, "Would you think he would mind if I asked him a few questions?" As he waited for a response he tried cracking another egg, but failed and it fell to the floor. "Damn, that's harder then it looks."

"Thanks Vixen." Maktane smiled at her and patted her on the head as a sign of his gratitude. "Hey, Kaito." He called over to his friend. "Do you still have that book I asked you to hold on to. I want to see it for a moment." He tried cracking another egg, but failed once more. "Oh come on, you can't be serious." He frowned getting a little frustrated.

Maktane sat down frustrated, "I'm going to crack one of those damn eggs one of these days." He said. He ate slower than he did last time, because of his frustration. His attitude changed quickly after finishing his food, "You never fail to make amazing food." He smiled at Vixen and scratched the back of his head. He got up slowly to avoid falling like he did last time, with success he smiled to himself, "Not this time you sneaky chair." As soon as he ended his sentence his foot caught the leg of the table and sent him to the ground. He laid on the ground in defeat, "Why does everything hate me today?"

Maktane dusted himself off, "You are a man of many words my friend." He teased as he stuck his tongue out at Kaito and pulled his right eye lid down. He turned towards the door and smiled, "I wonder what's up there," He turned around smiling at both Vixen and Kaito, "Well what are we waiting for let's get going!" He quickly grabbed Vixen's hand and pulled her along through the door. "Come on Kaito! Stop being such a slow poke!"

Vixen turned. Bright red as he took her head. She was being pulledbalong and couldnt help but giggle she looked back at kaito and made a silly face while waving her hand around.she laughed to her self. She turned her head and look back and mouthed "watch this." To kaito. She snapped her head forward and jumped up swinging her legs around maktane latching onto his back. She pointed forward "onwards and upwards! To floor 4 and beyond" she shouted.

Maktane frowned a little and sighed, "I'm not a horse you know." He wrapped his hands around Vixen's legs so he could make sure she didn't fall off of his back. He turned slightly and yelled back at Kaito, "I'll race you to floor four! Loser has to buy lunch!" Maktane's hands tightened around Vixen's legs. "Hold on, this might get a little bumpy." He whispered to Vixen, a smirk on his face. With a one foot he pushed himself forward enabling him to speed up and run as fast as he could. He shot threw the town and dodged around people.

Maktane looked behind him, "There he is!" Nodding in Kaito's direction. He yelled at him, "Seems like you got to pay for lunch my friend." He reached the teleport gate and slammed his foot into the ground, stopping him suddenly. He turned to Kaito waiting for him to catch up. He loosened his grip on Vixen only a little and raised a hand into a thumbs up in the air. "Looks like I won." He looks up at Vixen, "So what did you think of that?"
