Vera slept in the limo as it pulled up to the courtyard of the huge castle. Once the car stopped, she sleepily opened her eyes. "Huh?" She muttered.

"We're here, miss." The driver explained.

As she stared at the beautiful castle, she suddenly felt eager to explore around and see all the ancient secret tunnels she could find. "Oh my god, this is AMAZING!" She exclaimed, and hurriedly rushed out of the limo before the butler could open the door for her.

The King sat upon his throne, waiting for the princesses to be brought into the hall sooner or later.
He noticed The Queen talk to one of the guards and rolled his eyes softly, there was no point with these people.
The prince still hadn't arrived yet, probably sparring like usual.
"The one day he actually has to at least act like a prince and he has buggered off somewhere."
Flint muttered to Chelsea, his wife.
He glanced towards his sword, it stood upright on a golden pedestal to his left, the sunlight reflecting on the jewelled hilt.
The revolver on his belt was heavy, and so he adjusted it a little.
He sat upright and waited for everyone to arrive.

Cypress said

With another small and innocent sigh Eden gestured to the other princesses and a butler guided them forward and eventually into the palace. She walked over to the other princess and curtsied. "Hello, my name is Eden. Come with me and I will show you around."

Alluria gently took the girl's hand, shaking it lightly "it's very nice to meet you, I'm Alluria, where are you from?"

“I’m from Texas, how about you?” Echo said as she followed the butler into the palace. Her eyes darted around. It was beautiful. “Oh my gosh.” She muttered under her breath.

Alex knew he had the upper hand but he let his guard down so that Leo could catch him off guard and win the sparring fight. the crowd clapped as the two both bowed. Alex then said "your Highness I do believe you need to get ready to meet the princesses" Leo chuckled and said "yeah I almost forgot because our match"
Alex then lead Leo to his room where he cleaned up and put on some nicer garments. Leo then said "so is there a reason you let me win."
Alex said "I have no idea what you're talking about your majesty, you have always been a better swordfighter than me." Alex smirked knowing what he was saying was nonses and then both of them burst out laughing. Prince Leo said "I know my father ordered all the guards that they can't put me down, but your like a brother to me you don't have to follow their rules."
Alex chuckled and said "I'd rather not get your dad mad so I think I'll just stick with following the rules."
Leo then finished getting ready and said "alright let's head to the Throne room"
As the two were walking Alex said "so are you nervous." Leo said "of course i'm nervous, messing this up would bring dishonor on my entire family."
Alex nodded his head "yeah not to mention you have to deal with princesses from every province and try and figure out which ones would make a good queen and which ones would stab you in bed." Leo looked at Alex and said "you always like increasing the stakes don't you." Alex smiled and said "what i'm saying is only theoretical."
The two arrived at the throne room. Alex bowed to the King and queen as Leo walked up the stairs to the throne and knelt infront of his father. "good morning father". Leo said.

Once the palace came closer into view, she averted her gaze back towards its direction and admired it in awe. It was exciting to know that this is were she would be living for a while.

"Your late" King Flint remarked, looking down to his son.
"Don't have it happen again." He said sternly then nodded for him to stand back up.
"They will be here soon" Flint stated to his son, looking to Alex "To your post" He said authoritatively.
He looked back to his son
"Now no matter what people say, love at first site doesn't exist, so don't be stupid you have to do this properly. I don't want you choosing right out then playing everyone else along."

Leo said "Sorry, Father and yes it wont happen again" Leo then took his seat on the smaller throne next to his father.Leo did not respond to his father's second statement since He knew what his father meant by it. Leo thought to himself. "I have to keep a level head and not let myself fall into the same pattern that my cousin did, or I will end up like him and get my head cut off"
Alex stood up and said "yes your majesty" He then went and took his post opposite of Jack at the front door.

Eden continued to guide her forward slowly so she could view the scenery, it was nice to know that she had acknowledged it like the others. Her job would be easier this year. She smiled and picked a soft violet colored flower that was a part of the scenery and handed it to the princess. "You truly seem to enjoy the scenes. That is the Prince and his favorite guard by the way, don't be ashamed for peaking."

"I'm never ashamed of peaking," Vera smiled and took the violet flower that was handed to her. "Yes, it's beautiful here." She playfully twirled around, breathing in the soft aroma of the flowers. Once her twirling came to a stop, she eagerly stared at Eden. "Are we allowed to explore around?"

"Of course, you must be at the feast tonight though. Call me if you need me." Eden curtsied once more and turned to leave wandering into the castle and going to set up the last touches to the princesses rooms that fit their personality so far.

Vera nodded in disappointment. She was hoping to explore around at night. After Eden left, she entered the castle and decided to aimlessly wander around to go explore.

Jack followed with his eyes on Alex, then back to looking forward with standing uprise. His weapons barrol touching his shoulder * Well at least the king seems to be in a good mood today. . " He thought to himself wondering when his duty would end today so that he could start reading his books. God he loved books, reading at least four hours and getting himself lost in the book.

Alluria had been looking around and hadn't heard everything the princess had said, but then she realized she had to have said something, and figured it was about the province she came from, "i'm from Wyoming"

"this is a beautiful place" she muttered, looking around "i suppose we should head to our rooms?"

The Queen - Thone room

Chelsea smiled when her son came in, even though he was late. she even gave a quick nod of hello to Alex.
after her husband had chided her son, she waved him over "come here dear"

"Oh, yes. Goodbye. Hopefully we can speak again." Echo smiled at the girl and headed to her room.

Leo got up and walked over to the queen and asked. "What is it Mother?"

Chelsea leaned forward and started fixing his clothes "is it not possible for you to straighten your clothes after you spar?"
she smiles and pats his cheek "you have to make a good impression"

then she leaned back and looked him over "are you excited, sweetheart?"

Leo said "well I did change out of the sweaty cloths in a rush." Leo then said "very excited and nervous at the same time."

"that's a good way to feel, remember, if you don't like a princess, don't marry her, it'll lead to disaster" she smiled again "you can go, Dear, if you like, i'm done"

Echo entered the room that had a sign with her name hung on it. She noted that Alluria and a girl with the name "Vera" printed on it. She entered her room. The wall was her favorite color, a sea green and the bedding was a lighter shade of the same. There was a wooden closet. Echo walked over to it. It was filled with beautiful day dresses.
"I'd suggest you change into a dress for the dinner tonight." A lady that looked almost in her thirties spoke from the door. "I'm Delilah, I make dresses for the girls, do their make up, things like that."
"Oh, well thank you. I'll change right away." Echo smiled and the lady left.
