When I was a little girl my dad was framed for a murder he didn't commit. He was betrayed by the woman he loved. I was sent to a psychologist to 'get better'. It did nothing. So, I was sent to a child asylum.
Where I had to pretend I didn't care about my father anymore. I lied. Yet, I stayed there till I was 16 and I was set free. I trained and learned from my sensei how to be the master of lies and deceit. I learned martial arts, weaponry and most importantly how to hide my emotions. I became a sociopath in every way.
Now, after 5 years of training I'm ready to destroy the family that ruined my life. And were the cause of my father's death. Though, what I didn't count on was him. His dad was the guy no one listened to, convinced he was a dumb guy. All he wanted was to start his own software company. He was a computer genius.
So, my dad funded his company and it quickly skyrocketed. He became rich. He was forever in his debt and so was his son. When, he passed away due to illness his son took the reins becoming the new owner of the company. He just so happened to live in Richmond a beautiful little town near the ocean where the people that ruined my life lived.
So, he wants to help me. Be my sidekick. The Robin to my Batman. He was in debt to my father and by association me. So, I let him. There was just one thing I wasn't counting on. Him falling in love with me, and I with him. But, sociopaths can't fall in love....right?
