"Very crappy?" Yuki suggested as the heat from the fire dried out her blonde hair and made it fluff up. It was also one of the few rare times she didn't have either of her headphones or her MP3 player

Kai chatted with Yuki for a bit than said, "We better get ready for another crappy school day, might not even stay for long" he said as he finished his cofee, "I'll see you there?" he said as he opened the door for Yuki, It had stopped raining.

Saeko stood at the gates of the school, a tad early, maybe to make up for her late start at the school.
"Well, better late then never right?" The voice in her head spoke to her.
A soft sigh left her lips as she rolled her lollipop around in her mouth. "I would of preferred never"
"Yeah well, you got no choice in the matter, so try not to burn this one down, got it?
Saeko rolled her eyes and pushed the gate open, Not locked? "Got it" She continued to walk into the school grounds, looking around. Wearing a baggy black hoody, zipped up. Dark blue jean shorts and torn black tights underneath. A old fashioned Praktica camera hung from her neck. Her hands in her pockets she stopped and sat under a tree. Waiting for the day to start.

Eden went to school and got her books that she had always kept in her desk. She went back over to her house and started to study. It would help her some time in the future she guessed.

Ish visited his parents grave and then he walked off to school he got there with his monotone face, without a smile today.. he wasn't with Eden so he wouldn't smile, something about her made him smile.

He saw a girl and walked past slurping through the straw of his soy milk, hoping he wouldn't have to fight a girl, he hated it, even if it was self defense.

Yuki walked slowly across the school grounds she had the hood of her jacket pulled up to cover her face due to a nasty bruise that was on her face because when she got home her father had been drunk and she had made the mistake of stepping out of the safety of her room and received a beating. Besides having a beating her mother took away her headphones and music due to her sneaking out of the house.

Kai was out at the concrete wall and saw Yuki walk in with a hoodie on.. she didn't have her music.. he kept playing soccer.. hoping she'd notice him..
He did this every day. playing soccer with the wall or peoples faces.

He smiled.. and went on nonchalantly. He never got her name, how odd.

Out of the corner of her eye, Yuki saw Kai and she went over to him. She was keeping her face well hidden under her hood to hide the bruise. "Hey." She called to him. Her voice was soft, she almost sounded tired again. Like she had the night before.

"My mom took it away. She noticed that I had sneaked out of my room through the window. I won't be surprised that when I get home there will be bars over my windows." Yuki said then noticed him staring at her bruise. "I got home last night and my dad was drunk." She said looking down at her shoes.

"I know it's non of my business, but you know he can get arrested for that right? Even if he was drunk." he had a reassuring look on his face.
"I just hate that.. It just shouldn't happen, I've never hit a girl, not even my sister. It's hard when a bunch wanna fight you, they all say I'm too scared, but well" he laughed.
"You could ask one of the girls, that seem nice enough for some makeup to cover the bruise" he smiled ushering her to go through the school doors with her, not many people where here yet.

"I know but they're the only family I have and I've grown up here and I don't want to be put into an adoption center." Yuki said looking at him. "My dad would. Usually when I come home I find my mother crying and my dad standing over her with some kind of weapon or other nights it's the other way around." She said then shook her head. "I'll go the day with it. I'll be able to go to the store and get some makeup. It'll keep me from having to go home for a while." She said with a sad smile
