‘May You Never Yield, May You Never Fail.’
Its a name that has always been associated with bravery, heroics, and serving for the greater good. Men and women, from those possessing the mightiest of powers, to even the most humble and skilled. All have come and gone over the many years, seeking the kind of glory that only comes with joining such an elite team.
That team? The Avengers.
~ First page of the Avengers Academy pamphlet
Created as a response to the growing panic over countless threats like Hydra, mutants and by association The Brotherhood, and many others. Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division, or SHIELD for short. Created what was then called The Avengers Initiative. Led by the recently unfrozen World War II hero Captain America, the team has been a symbol of hope in all the madness in the world. Providing not just defense for serious dangers against the world, but aid to those in need as well.
Many have come and gone from the ranks of The Avengers, either voluntarily or from unfortunate circumstances. The two biggest constants of the team though have been Steve Rogers and Tony Stark, respectably Captain America and Iron Man. However even with his peek physical skills Steve finally decided to slow down. Shocking the world when he announced he was stepping down effective immediately as leader of The Avengers. What shocked everyone even more was what Steve Rogers had decided to do with his newfound free time.
Even as a man from the past, Steve always wanted to look ahead. The next new recruits that would lead The Avengers into the next century and beyond. To that end he brought up an idea to Nick Fury that would eventually lead to the creation of Avengers Academy. A private academy that would bring in great young heroes to be. Teach them everything important, and train them in handling their powers and combat scenarios.
The Academy would be a prime target for enemies though. So Nick Fury had it be commissioned to be on the top of a specially made helicarrier. Which ensured a perfectly safe environment that keeps outside distractions to a minimum. The academy however features many amenities for staff and students alike. Not only a state of the art training area that doubles as an athletic arena for basketball, football, soccer, baseball, and even ice hockey. A pair of Olympic sized swimming pools. Plus there is a student lounge filled with video games, pool and air hockey tables, and some of the most comfy couches you will ever rest your rear end on.
While some of the teachers and faculty staff consist of either paid normal teachers or medical personal. A majority of the staff either hails from SHIELD or are former Avengers in their own right. Hank Pym, formerly the original Ant-Man, runs the science labs and program at Avengers Academy as an example.
This year promises to be Avengers Academy’s most interesting year yet, as students are arriving in from around the world to either continue studies or are new. None are aware yet of the crazy year ahead.

This year promises to be Avengers Academy’s most interesting year yet, as students are arriving in from around the world to either continue studies or are new. None are aware yet of the crazy year ahead.
- The school is high school/college aged stuff, 14 year olds going up to 21 year olds.
- There is a dress code for classes and training but its fairly loose. Going on shirts, polos, button ups, even hoodies, each with the Avengers Academy logo on it and a flag on the left sleeve representing the student’s country of origin. Outside of classes students can wear whatever they want barring anything considered offensive. When it comes to costumes students can bring in their own (typically not as high quality as it can be) or a small team of seamstresses can measure you out for one after your first year of classes.
- The two dorms on campus are two to a room. Usually paired randomly though if the students agree to it, are allowed to switch rooms to stay with friends.
- Since the basis for this was inspired by the ios Avengers Academy game I am going to allow for the usage of canon characters. Though I'm only keeping it to Young Avenger members, after that its more aiming for OCs. When it comes to canon characters changing backstory is fine and other small details. But keep what makes them who they are intact. For OCs please don't just rip off another Marvel or DC hero. I will accept legacy characters (son/daughter of two Marvel heroes) but they will be judged harder, canon hero profile sheets too, compared to OC sheets.
On the character sheet are two separate sections, the first is a basic set up, the second is a sheet that Avengers Academy supervisors and teachers have filled out on your character. Initial observation report being the first impressions the staff had on your character. Training regimen/expertise is what kind of specific classes the student has been put into, and if any a natural skill they have that will be utilized in field. Potential outlook is the general feeling among the staff about the student’s future as an Avenger. Finally base case scenario and worst case scenario aren’t basically becomes an Avenger or doesn’t, but looks at how they would function as an Avenger given their strength and flaws. What their role on a team would be essentially.

Full name: Angelique "Angel" di Diavolo
Alias/Codename: Nightingale
Age: 18
Country of origin: Rome, Italy.
Basic appearance: Stands at 5'4 with a curvy, yet slim physique. Her black hair is long and curly, usually worn in the same style most days - unless she can't be bothered with it. She has an undoubtedly pretty face, despite being an unfortunate sufferer of RBF Syndrome, with eyes that are an almost ethereal shade of bright blue; upon using her powers, the entire eye, sclera and all, becomes a shining silvery-blue, that matches the colour of the energy she uses.
Costume: Costume comprises of a lightweight hooded cape, in addition to a mask covering the bottom half of her face. Fortified leather armour pieces sit on top of black lightweight cotton; allowing her some protection without disrupting her speed or dexterity. The light-weight armour pieces sit on her chest and stomach (the latter in the form of a corset); shoulder and elbow guards; gauntlets; knee guards, and her own stolen carbon-fiber boots with installed jet propulsors, reaching her mid-shin. Most of the outfit is in shades of black, dark grey, or dark brown - how else is she to blend with the shadows?
Skills:
Language skills - Fluent in Italian, Latin, Nordic Runes, and Ancient Greek - is still picking up some more complicated terms in Arameic, but can translate the basics. Oh, and she also knows Sindarin and Quenya... because knowing the Elvish languages of Middle Earth is very important to her, okay?
Expert gymnast - whether this is borne from her powers or not, she doesn't know; but boy, can the girl climb. What she lacks in physical strength is made up for in her ability to work her way into the most awkward, high up places. How else is a girl meant to infiltrate shit?
Adept Technological intelligence - knows the basics of hacking, although more specifically doors than actual computers. Can work out a more complicated firewall given enough time, but she certainly doesn't know enough to be considered an expert. Additionally, she's somewhat skilled in robotics, as made obvious by her adaptations to her boots that allow her to fly without needing stabilizers in the palms, like with the Iron Man suits.
Nerd Lord supreme - Will beat your ass when it comes to nerdy trivia. Seriously, she can quote Lord of the Rings down to the Orc screeches, and knows every single time the Wilhelm scream has been used in something.
Did somebody say Thieves Guild? - Not only do her talents lay in infiltration, but Angel has some seriously sticky fingers. She reckons she could steal Nick Fury's eye patch without him noticing. It's not uncommon for some items - mainly junk food - to go missing on the Helicarrier when she's around. Not that anyone can prove anything, that is. Cameras aren't fast enough to notice her slipping her hands into your pockets.
Powers:
Energy Manipulation - this is a very broad and vague term assigned to Angel's powers, as no-one really knows what kind of energy she uses, herself included. Some say it's biological (making her a mutant), while others suggest it's magical; or, the old favourite, some form of radioactivity. As she's never really spent time near a power plant or plutonium rods, and Professor X himself stated she wasn't a mutant, it's a mystery for now. As such, she can summon some type of energy and manipulate it to her will - either in the form of high powered beams to use offensively, or to turn it into a malleable shield. It's kind of tactile in what it can be used as, but it comes at a price. Overuse can lead to a great toll on her own body, weakening the lining of her blood vessels and causing haemorrhaging at various points in her body. Although she hasn't used it often enough to ever cause lasting damage (yet), she's knocked herself out a few times from over-exertion. It leaves behind a killer headache, too.
It's a kinda Magic - Angel enjoys spells - they don't give her annoying nosebleeds or migraines, and there's just so much you can do with it. She also has a real knack at picking things up, without causing many explosions. At this point, she can't do any really powerful, earth-shattering magicks; she's still in the realm of setting fire to shit and maybe throwing a few things like cars or people around. As for magical defence, er... there's defensive spells? Meh - her own shields can handle that. Hopefully...
Angelique was born to a sweet, loving, Italian mother by the name of Vittoria di Diovolo, and - unfortunately - the weasel of a man that is Justin Hammer. As luck would have it, she was born out of wedlock while her father was married to another woman - unbeknownst to Vittoria. Disgusted with his actions, she returned home to Italy, having Angel in Rome and raising her herself. And truly, it was a good life. Vittoria had a large family who, although many were not happy about her having a child out of wedlock, still supported and loved the newest member of their family all the same. She lived there until the age of ten, when the worst thing that could happen to a child did occur - her Mother died.
It something unavoidable - a clot on the brain, giving her a swift, painless, but all the same unexpected death. Angel was inconsolable, and matters were made worse when her Father swept in to take her with him. Being her father - and also could afford better lawyers than her mother's family - meant she could do nothing to try and stay with people who she actually loved. And so began her new life in America, with her turd of a Dad.
He attempted somewhat admirably to gain her affections - what with his marriage having fallen through and no other children - but he did it in all the wrong ways. Firstly, he'd ignored her for her entire life, and then took her away from everything that she knew and loved. He then attempted to simply get her to like him just by buying her things - the best private education, the newest gadget (Unless it was Stark technology, of course), the fanciest brand of clothes, the poshest of meals... ugh. There was love to be found in such materialistic things, and quite frankly, she despised both him, and his work ethic. Justin had one thing on his mind at all times, it seemed - how could he be better than Tony Stark? And well, when that eventually traversed to the realm of villainy, she was less than amused.
This brought forth a rebellious streak in the young girl - along with some mysterious powers.
Roughly a year after the death of her mother, this energy manipulation made itself known. At first it was in small things - like lightbulbs popping when she sneezed or something... when she eventually discovered it was an actual power manifesting, Angel worked as best she could to try and make it go further, without her Father finding out. Thankfully, he was very pre-occupied with his new villainous lifestyle to even notice.
By the time she was fourteen, she had some kind of control over her powers... and she had also picked up quite a few other skills to try and sabotage her Father's work. It started out small - just altering certain documents to see if it would have any effect. It rarely did much other than confuse Hammer, but it certainly made her better at sneaking around, learning to find blind spots in cameras and motion sensors, and some basic hacking and lock-picking skills. Over time, she made her way into the labs of her Father's research facilities, re-wiring and sabotaging the more dangerous looking things, and... acquiring other gadgets. One in particular were carbon-fiber boots; quite stunning things, and obviously modeled on the thrusters on Iron Man's Suit, only far more light-weight. After making a few modifications, she took them for herself - thus beginning her super hero costume. It was around this time that Angel branched out into more solid forms of magic, hoping she could perhaps find out the source of powers by studying it.
When she turned 18, her sabotage became known to Hammer - and unfortunately, his villainous "friends", if you could call them that. Becoming an enemy to AIM, agents of MODOK were sent after her to put her down, and hopefully teach Hammer a lesson. It was here Angel discovered just how useful her powers were, as she blasted the agents to pieces; additionally, finding out the downsides to said powers. After finding safety in nearby woods, she passed out, completely spent after having used up so much of this mysterious energy.
After a day and a half, Angel awoke - with a migraine, blood still trickling lazily from her nose and ears, and a price on her head. After re-gaining her bearings, Angel fled to the safest place she could imagine, a place she knew that heroes stayed that could help her: Avenger's Tower. Thankfully, flying there was the easy part. It was landing that became problematic, with alarms blaring and the Avengers leaping on out with the whole weapons drawn and "Tell us who you are, and who you work for" schpiel. Anyhoo, they were surprisingly kind to her, despite the amount of times Hammer had fucked with the group, Stark in particular. After telling her story, the Avengers helped clean her up, directed her towards the Academy, even ran a few tests for her to see if they could find out what was going on with her wacky powers; they even went as far as to contact Professor X to see if she was a mutant, and that came up with a big ol' nope too. Although they didn't find anything concrete, she was happy for the help given all the same, and was recruited into the Avengers Academy in the next few days.

Initial observation report: Energy manip. coming from unknown source; potentially magic, must be discovered, along with any dangerous potential. Can control it well to an extent, need to see how far it can go. Picks up spells swiftly, has a natural talent for it despite the amount of electrical appliances she sometimes blows up in the process. Expert at falling off the radar - keeps finding ways into the secure areas and the kitchens.
Training regimen/expertise:
Robotics Class
Infiltration training and simulation
Power Management and Dev. Class
Advanced Mysticism
Potential outlook: Unknown - affiliations with Justin Hammer appear to be sour, if nonexistent, but trust must be gained before deciding if she is truly an ally. If trust is gained, high potential.
Best case scenario: Intelligence gathering and undercover work - could also be useful in offensive capabilities, depending on potential power levels which remain unknown at this time.
Worst case scenario: Team infiltrator, perhaps back-up; depends if powers develop further. Although, penchant for stealing (We suspect, anyway) could make the life of a criminal look quite appealing to her, considering how easy her talents and powers would make that.
Full name: Jennifer ‘Jen’ Winters

Jen doesn’t have a costume per se, often just wearing lightweight combat gear, such as a pair of light canvas trousers and a grey tshirt.
She also wears these gloves to help contain and focus her powers.
She also wears these gloves to help contain and focus her powers.
Jen is skilled at both ballet and modern dance. Due to this, she is quite flexible, and relatively strong, though mostly in her core and legs.
Jen is very adept at baking and art.
Jen has a ridiculously strong liver, completely separate from her powers. It’s incredibly hard to get her drunk (though not impossible), and she almost never suffers from hangovers.
Jen has training in hand to hand combat, being able to beat a grown man without using her powers. Her style focuses on hard, fast punches and kicks, to complement her powers and strength.
Jen is relatively smart, having shown potential with statistics and data analysis.

- Force Jen's main power is force. Her hands emit a field of outwards pushing force from her hand that decreases the further away you are from her. Unfortunately, this field acts in all directions, so is not particularly strong unless you are very close. Jen's gloves help to focus and control this force. With her gloves on, Jen can fire concentrated blasts from her hand, though beyond a range of 10 metres they are practically useless. Another (and a more preferred) use whilst her gloves are on is to enhance her punches, creating an effect similar to super strength, though limited to short bursts. Don't expect her to lift a car or anything (though she could probably punch one a few metres). Jen can vary the strength of these punches and blasts, often using low powered ones whilst training.
- Endurance A side effect of Jen's powers is increased endurance, allowing her to take more punishment than the average human. The lab researchers reckon that this is due to her Force extending over her body, creating something akin to a miniature force field, albeit not an incredibly powerful one.

Jen was never really a normal child, even before she discovered her powers. She was always daydreaming and skipping class to go and watch the clouds. She dyed her hair blue at the age of 14, despite her parents protests. Most kids at her school avoided her, calling her 'weird' and 'freak'. Jen didn't care. She was happy with who she was. Around the age of 16, Jen started to visit nightclubs, using fake ID and charm to get in. She found herself enjoying the club scene massively, becoming embroiled in the club life of alcohol, drugs and sex. She found herself spiralling out of control, not wanting to be free of the trap of pleasure and addiction. When she was 18, she bought some drugs of a shady dealer. She took them that night, and her life was never the same again.
The drugs activated some genes in Jen's DNA, causing her powers to arise. She was terrified by this sudden turn of events, finding herself on the streets by herself. SHIELD found her within a week, and offered her a way out of her current lifestyle. She took it tentatively. In her first year, she didn't engage with her classes. That was until one day, Natasha Romanoff visited the Academy. She had a personal meeting with Jen. Nobody knows what was discussed between them, with all video and audio feeds being knocked out during the meeting. Whatever happened, Jen came out with some newfound determination, ready to participate in class and fulfill her potential. She has returned this year to continue her classes.

Full name: Copen Thorsen
Alias/Codename: Frostbite
Age: 18
Country of origin: Denmark [Aarhus]
Basic appearance: The first thing you'll notice about Copen is that he's tall. Very tall. At 6,4", he stands above most people - and also has a coltish, slender frame. He is comfortable in his own skin, and although he sometimes wishes he wasn't so slim, he compliments his build in tailored button-down shirts, dark jeans and smart shoes. He has light blonde hair that often sticks up in random directions - but it suits his bubbly personality. He has navy blue eyes and blonde eyebrows that arch high when he smiles and laughs (which is quite often). He has quite 'sharp,' facial features, with high cheekbones and a strong jawline.
Costume: N/A. He doesn't sew...
Skills:
~ Persuasion. Copen can be quite charming, and he enjoys it too.
~ Language. He can speak fluent English and Danish, and some mediocre German.
~ Fit. Although only leanly muscular, he's quite a good runner.
Powers:
~ Water and ice manipulation. Copen can control the movement of water and ice, including turning it between both states. This power comes with weakness toward fire and extreme heat.
Brief bio: Copen grew up with an average life in Aarhus, Denmark. He was a popular child with his ever-present smile and louder-than-life laugh - although he wasn't ever particularly clever, he wasn't nasty either. When he hit 17, along came his growth spurt - and the powers too. His parents were scared, but accepting of what had happened. His powers grew stronger, and he had no proper instruction on how to use them. One day, he was by the sea with his friends, and a couple of drinks later he was messing around the ocean. With a surge of power, a huge wave rose up and crashed over the friends - one of whom could not swim, and drowned amongst the panic.
Copen was not prosecuted, but it was advised by the Danish government that he attend the Avenger's Academy if he aspired to use his powers for good and keep them in check. With mediocre grades and guilt hanging over his head, he agreed and the move was organised between embassies. He headed out on a plane by himself, to the Academy.
(For official use only)
Initial observation report: Subject shows strong magical ability, albeit with weak control. Water manipulation noted. No signs of other powers. Good cardio fitness, average strength.
Training regimen/expertise:
~ Power management
~ Fitness - strength and cardio
~ Basic combat training
Potential outlook: High potential if powers can be managed. Possibility that water in blood/plants may be manipulatable.
Best case scenario: Strong candidate for future spokesman hero.
Worst case scenario: If powers overwhelm - possibility of devastating consequences. Incarceration in safety facility/send to Xavier's institute.
Full name: Rain du Toit
Alias/Codename: N/A – Still needs one
Age: 18
Country of origin: United States of America (New York)
Basic appearance: Rain has long, curly brown hair to her waist and bangs swept to the side. Her eyes are a light, piercing blue color and she stands at 5,3". She’s quite slim and petite, suiting to her power. Her facial features are delicate and 'sweet' – much like a, ‘girl next door.’
Costume: She hasn’t really made a proper costume yet, but she prefers to wear black exercise leggings and a black t-shirt, along with goggles – she’d learned about bugs the hard way, and the leggings offer her freedom of movement.
Skills:
~ Unassuming. People tend to think that she’s not a threat, and she doesn’t exactly look like a superhero. She’s sort of a fan of Natasha, since she’s also on the short side and is often underestimated too (from the stories she’s read, anyway). It can be an advantage for infiltration and combat.
~ Perception. Rain tends to notice things other people might not when it comes to emotions and body language. She’s a good reader of how people are feeling, and although she’s often in the background, she tends to hear a lot more than those who always talk. This is a result of her being quite sensitive, and having a high EQ.
Powers:
~ Super speed. Rain can run really, really fast. It's to the point where the world seems to almost stop around her. Her body is reinforced to stand the forces that super speed creates. Her mind is also adjusted to make up for this change in perception - she thinks on an accelerated rate compared to normal people, so that she can adapt while running (which sometimes leads to quiet impatience - see: sighs). She gets tired at her high speeds as a normal person would while running at a jogger's pace - currently, she is able to run about a 5k before exhaustion. She can carry other people, but has to hold their head to prevent whiplash; everything would seem like a blur to them.

Brief bio:
Rain grew up in a single parent household with her mother, who was the daughter of South African expats. She was never told who her father was, and the most her mother would say was that it was too dangerous to stay with him – although he wasn’t a bad man. She has always wondered who he was.
She attended public school in New York, and gained her super speed at age 13. She didn’t use it for much, unsure and a little bit scared of what the authorities might do. When the Avengers came into the spotlight, she felt a little more accepted. However, that was also when her mother found out about her powers. For some reason, she freaked out and threw Rain out of the house for a few days. Eventually they reconciled, but their relationship was never the same.
Rain felt lost and alone, and wanted to do something with her powers. She contacted SHIELD through a long process, and after some tests, they decided to take her on for the team.

Initial observation report: Super speed ability, similar to that of Quicksilver and the Flash. Experience has shown this ability to be extremely useful in the right hands. Subject is timid and will need encouragement as well as extensive physical training.
Training regimen/expertise:
~ Basic combat training. No experience.
~ Strength training. Subject can break walls at high speeds, but needs this for better combat skills.
~ Fitness training. Subject not terribly unfit, but greater cardio fitness and lung capacity will aid in longer bursts of speed.
~ Infiltration training.
Potential outlook: Potential for a very good de-escalator of hazardous situations and rescuing civilians in harm's way.
Best case scenario: Icon of safety for civilians. Disabler of enemies, infiltration.
Worst case scenario: Possibility of being too shy to be useful in combat. Relegated to saving civilians in the way of Avengers. Extreme unlikelihood of uncontrolled powers or villainous tendencies.
DNA tests showed paternal relation to [REDACTED].

Damon Slavsky
Alias/Codename:
Fallen Angel
Age:
18
Country of origin:
Russia then U.S.A-Washington D.C. (Moved around too much for city)
Basic appearance:
(face shape and features like so)
Damon stands at 6 feet with a muscular build. He has olive toned skin with deep raven black hair. His eyes are a striking green that seem to have a permanent coldness contained within. His weight comes in at a solid 175 of mostly muscle. His mutation is the two large black wings that give him his alias. He has an impressive 7 foot wing span with curved talon like points at the top of his wings. He tends to wear low back shirts with black jeans, black steel toe boots, and an arm band with a split flag of Russia and the US...since his shirts have enough problems trying to function as well...shirts. He does have a faint scar on his chest, it is unknown how he received a scar and he refuses to talk about it even though it would give important insight to his abilities. When he does talk he has a faint Russian accent.
Costume:
His costume must accommodate with his wings so it his two slits for them. It is all black with grey undertones.
(for the general idea..not face claim. no x on suit.)
Skills:
-Glaring...he has it down
-Sword skills especially dual
-Hand to hand combat
-Hand to wing combat...those talons are sharp
Powers:
-Healing: His healing factor can be compared to wolverine (not related only used for comparison)
Set back: the more minor the wound the faster it heals...major wounds take longer (such as neck wounds) and may lead to him passing out while they heal. he is completely vulnerable in that type of situation.
-Flight: As achieved by the large black feathers on his back.
Set back: If you manage to get close enough to tie them up the he will be unable to fly. Cut them off and he will be out for the count while they grow back...as that takes awhile and a lot of pain.
-Strength: Enhanced strength...he is able to lift far more then a normal being can. Such as a semi. He cannot lift a train.
Set back: he can't lift trains.
Brief bio:
Damon was born to two supposedly normal humans in Russia. His mother and his father were happy together...until his mother gave birth to a freak of nature. His father became violent after that..abusing his mother and threatening to saw off his wings. His mother would not allow it and took the abuse while she worked on saving up money to get out of there. She managed to do so when Damon was 10 years of age..taking them both to Washington D.C.. They moved around a lot to try to prevent anything horrible from happening to Damon...leading Damon to hate himself a bit.
Things seemed okay until Damon turned 14. His mother became ill and he was unable to help her. She died from cancer, leaving him alone. He found out about the avenger's academy through an offer and seeing no other options and wanting to make something of himself..he got in as soon as he could.
(For official use only)
Initial observation report:
Being secluded means subject does not know much about other heroes. His people skills also seem to be a bit...low to none. He seems to be better at working alone then with groups, but if trained correctly can make an excellent asset to any team. It is believed that he can talk...he just chooses to talk very little. He shows high protectiveness for weaker beings. This was shown through a rescue of a stray kitten from a burning building..he refuses to speak of it, but potential to build on that instinct with the right team.
Training regimen/expertise:
-Obedience: due to his difficulties with working with a team and that one incident where he lifted up and choked a fellow student he was annoyed with...he clearly needs this.
-Team training: Team building. Force him to deal with teams
-Advanced combat
-infiltration training and simulations: Because busting through a wall is not 'sneaky'
Potential outlook:
Potential...if he can work with a team or trust people. Needs to be paired with the right individuals.
Best case scenario:
Attack unit/Team infiltrator. Possible team member if done right. He is a good protector with the right people.
Worst case scenario:
Solo infiltrator. This has the most risk due to his tendency for recklessness which could lead to capture.

Physcial Evaluation of Subject Garret Rogers:
Subject stands at an average male height of 5'10" and weighs in at 177lbs. Blonde hair, blue eyed male; slightly sloe eyed. Eyelids peak near the center of his nose giving him the appearance of perpetual drowsiness. (Colleague called them 'bedroom eyes'; needed a reminder that subject is eighteen, an entire decade and a half younger than the good doctor) Like many of his fellow peers, subject Garret Rogers has reached peek physical condition for an individual of his age. Muscles are evenly distributed, though heavier set in his arms and shoulders; torso requires more work for the task he's set to. Cheek bones rest slightly higher on his face with a wider, more impactful look that aid in the slight 'drowsy' complexion he seems to wear. Subject seems to be of Irish-German decent, though more evaluation is needed to determine exact genetics. Mostly, your subject is an average teenager in every aesthetic aspect - the disenchanted looks, the sleep deprivation inherent in the bags of his eyes, the need for contacts due to constant exposure to blue light, and an ever apparent need to maintain some kind of societal standard.
Overall, subject remains incredibly healthy with minimal scarring due to scuffles and general teenage hooliganism. Nothing abnormal to note, other than the bad posture (very, very subtle lean to his left side, which he favors most) indicative of scoliosis. Will check regularly on the curvature of his spine to combat any abnormal bends before it happens. Mr. Stark would proudly replace said spine with cybernetics - subject has refused on numerous occasions... as have I. (You often learn the hard way with Mr. Stark and his penchant for fixing everything) I have suggested other methods to which Mr. Stark might be privy to. Here's hoping.

"I'm not stealing anything. Who said a guy can't wear a jacket over some weird jumpsuit thing? Friggin' costume police"
Garret's entire ensemble consists of multiple parts mostly inspired by Natasha and Clint's outfits (and maybe a bit of Bucky Barnes). He enjoys the feel of 'covert ops' while also still being as colorful as he wants to be. It comes in a few parts, all of which are rather sleek and form fitting. The entirety is just an all black jumpsuit with blue stripes up the side of his legs and down his forearms. Over the torso of the suit is a snug black and blue vest with a utility belt snug beneath it. Pads of armor come over the knees, thighs, and generally just most of his legs. More armor pads clasp onto his shoulders and arms, all of which are a combo of blue and black, mostly jagged lines — the armor pads themselves, at least on his torso, look thin and unobtrusive as they fit around his limbs. The jumpsuit itself is covered in a hexagonal pattern with lines traced in faint blue. Over top the entire costume is a leather jacket fitted perfectly over every piece of armor and metal on Garret's torso.

▣ Covert Ops
Any kind of firearm Garret can get a hold of he can pretty much use. Well, maybe not at an expert level for some of them, but when it comes to pistols and sniper rifles, he's among the best. If Garret goes anywhere, it's likely with a concealed pistol somewhere on his person. He's a particularly quick draw and has pinpoint accuracy when it comes to pistols (as well as snipers, but it definitely does not compare to Garett's prowess with a pair of heavy colts in his hands; he's a fan of westerns, though, so revolvers are definitely his favorites. He's still learning how to effectively fan a hammer and keep his accuracy above average. If he ever asks you to hold a number of things and stand still, don't do it... you'll likely end up with a gun shot wound).
▣ CQC [Hand-to-Hand Combat]
Having heavy training in most forms of combat, Garret excels most at grapple take downs. As well, he's a bit of a wildcard when it comes to improvisation in sticky situations. He loves grabbing whatever he can and turning it into a weapon - surprise and unpredictability are definitely a core aspects to Garret's fighting style. Once he's got an opponent reeling, he'll go in for the kill to knock the enemy out cold. There's not a lot to his style other than what he knows in martial arts and his spontaneity. If anything, that's mostly what gives him the upper hand. It likely a crutch that he's trying to get out of, despite the fun of seeing utter shock when a bar of soap is utilized to its utmost efficiency.
▣ Martial Arts [Krav Maga, Karate, Taekwondo]
Most of his childhood could very well be spent taking care of his body, doing what he can to learn anything he could. School didn't mean much to him when he could simply mine a database for any information and knowledge he wanted. Mostly, though, he trained himself physically. With the help of two well trained fathers, that meant learning what he could and mastering some of them didn't seem such a daunting task. It was hard work, yes, but it was well worth it. Thus, Garret is exceptional in the art of Krav Maga and closely approaching in skill with Karate. Taekwondo is the weakest of the three, but out of what he knows, it's still an exceptional skill to use.
▣ Foreign Languages
Lacking much in flashy powers, Garret likes to make up for it in sheer knowledge. Energy projectiles can only do so much in a diplomatic situation, where getting to the objective quickly and cleanly means speaking to the locals in whatever dialect and language is necessary. Garret is extremely fluent in Russian and German (they're second only to English); knows enough a few words in French, Spanish, Romanian, Mandarin, and Japanese to get around; and is quickly learning his way around Tagalog, Afrikaans, Cantonese, and Korean, but can't yet speak them well enough to be confident. He sucks dick at Swedish and please don't ask him to speak Dutch.
▣ Hacking
A very competent hacker, but certainly not the best. Garret can find his way in and out of a number of security systems, as well as regular web pages that circle the internet. It's a great skill to have, but he's still learning most of the basics. If asked to get through a door, sure, but find a vital piece of information in a heavily fortified server past a number of firewalls set up by none other than Tony Fucking Stark. Yeah, might as well ask a baby to assassinate the King of Wakanda. He's still learning, but has vast potential. (he's good at pranking via hacking, though, so need to slander a rival company? just ask garret!)
▣ Covert Ops
Espionage all around. Garret loves using stealth and politics to make his way around an objective. Loves the James Bond feel of donning a disguise, whispering over a concealed earpiece, getting in and getting out without once being seen. Certainly still needs a bit of training to be at an Avenger level, but that's why he's there in the first place, to improve. And improve he's more than willing to do. He's got a solid foundation, a good idea of how to be a good spy or agent, he just needs some experience built onto the inherent skill there.

Set Evaluation of Subject Garret Rogers:
Of all the candidates, Rogers seems to be the least suited to being here. In all senses of the word, Garret seems to be a normal human being. However, upon closer inspection, there's small traces of super-soldier serum in his blood stream (much like Mrs. Romanoff herself) and something locking his amygdala from leaking some rather potent memories into his consciousness. I suspect such memories have been contained for a reason and the enhanced potential hidden from him for that very reason, as well.
In so far, my studies indicate that Garret Rogers is exceptionally well tuned to his surroundings - a perception of an inhuman degree that allows him to hear even the lightest of footsteps. He often whistles (exactly how he earned his alias) to pinpoint the location of various targets without looking. A signature of his, if you will. It's a weird form of echolocation without actually having the inherent power. He's a very creative individual and I'm certain that will help increase his potential as a future Avenger.
On top of that, Rogers contains inhuman reflexes and can react to quit a handful of things without thinking. He often surprises himself, though teenage standards tend to force him to act 'suave' about it. It's nothing to be fully alarmed about, as it's of the more subtle powers. It saves him from a numerous amount of situations, but certainly not all of them. Sometimes things are too fast or too surprising for Garret to catch, but he has the potential to. That's always there and always will be, it's just a matter of realizing it before it's too late.
Other than that, his strength and speed are just enough above average to be considered inhuman for an individual his age. They're near Olympic level, but not quite there. It's right in that sweet spot that it's fairly safe to ignore it for now, until he realizes there's potential behind training both aspects of his body.
Mental capacity is not of a genius level, however, he does learn quicker than most individuals. The low dose of serum he was given seems to have opened up pathways in his brain to allow for an exceptional learning capacity for languages, as well as a potential for exceptional computer skills. Other than that, he's a regular teenager and whatever he wishes to learn, then he will. Maybe not to a level of Tony Stark (which will likely never happen), but it's safe to say Mr. Garret Rogers can be quite the smart fellow. Enough to make a difference when it matters.

"There's a lot of things that could go perfectly and a lot that could go terribly, terribly wrong. It's just a matter of... guidance."
At face value, everyone here knows exactly who's been responsible for a number of behavioral patterns associated to this kid. However, there's a deeper aspect to him that leave many, including myself, very wary of his presence. He's a lot of questions and not a lot of answers. Unfortunate that, even were we to get him to speak truthfully, he wouldn't know half of what we were asking, in the first place.
However, there's more than enough potential there. He's young and full of bravado and more than welcome in a team designed for misfits. Wary or not, he's not a danger to the students or faculty members nor is he a time bomb. He is, however, something to look into.

Essentially, anything espionage related. He'd be a wonderful field agent for specific retrieval mission of highly classified artifacts. However, he seems lacking in the solo ops department and is rather dependent on having at least one other person at his side. He'd be wonderful for co-op missions with one other agent, if not more. He seems to take a great liking to being lead and being given orders, something that definitely requires further analysis. Great individual for team dynamic (also seems to lift morale; very lighthearted, just don't let him tell jokes. they range from cringe worthy puns to very, very, very macabre humor. I wonder who he gets that from...)
[⟐]S c e n a r i o : B e s t
He'd follow greatly in the footsteps of Black Widow and Hawkeye. Excellent marksman and has a very keen eye for espionage. A great addition to any team, regardless of his lack of inherent powers. Follows orders exceptionally well and to a fault.
[⟐]S c e n a r i o : W o r s t
Unfortunately, his loyalties lie very closely to that of his parents and those he seems closest with. The threat of defection lies solely on who he intends to follow and that's very disconcerting. As well, in bigger, world breaking scenarios, he doesn't seem to be quite ready to face things larger than life itself. That doesn't worry us, as much, as we've seen people like Captain American, Black Widow, Hawkeye, and even our dear Doctor Jane Foster assist in saving the world from galactic threats and would be gods.
Full name: Nicholas Issac Beaumont-Moore.
Alias/Codename: Jokingly says "Whips" or "Indy" in reference to Indiana Jones. Actual codename is: Bullwhip (he says while it relates to his power, it's also a play on the word "bullshit.")
Age: 20.
Country of origin: Canada; Quebec.
Basic appearance: Nicholas stands at what some would consider a towering 6'0, with an average build of a healthy twenty year old; he doesn't really work out and so he doesn't have any defining muscles. He keeps his dark brown hair cut short and lets it does as it please, be it stand up on end that day or lay flat, he doesn't really bother with it. He has been told multiple times he has shocking blue eyes, that when in bright light, appear lighter, an almost icy blue, and in dimmer light, appear a deep blue; both times, with the barest hint of a green hazel spread throughout the blue color. He has a dusting of freckles going across his cheekbones and the bridge of his nose, more noticeable when he gets more sun, and thus a more tan complexion. He doesn't really worry about what he puts on his body, usually opting for a pair of jeans or comfortable sweats and loose graphic tees; always, a pair of sneakers/tennis shoes are on his feet. Always, he has a necklace around his neck, which he keeps hidden underneath any clothes he's wearing; it's on a thin silver chain long enough to stay hidden underneath his shirts, with the name 'Alaina' in small cursive handwriting on the end of it. Because of his tendency to be careless in non-serious situations, and from playing with his power when it first formed, he has various scars on his body; a few on are his legs, but most are on his torso and back.
Costume: Nick wanted something dark yet something he could be comfortable in; so he put together the outfit below.
Skills:
- "Is eating a whole pizza a skill? ... Even an extra large? No? Well... it should be."
- Nick, despite his carefree and sometimes goofy nature, is very quick-minded; he has an above average IQ level and so, he's very quick when making decisions, has the potential to be calculating, level-headed, and calm, and could have magnificent leadership skills.
- His memorization skills are very above average; he has no trouble recalling events or names, even the most trivial things may pop into his head randomly, a photographic memory; a blessing and a curse.
- Even though it may not seem like it, he's very skilled with words (making him an amazing writer) and has read the dictionary for fun so he knows many, many words (and sometimes, when explaining something, he may come off almost robot-like in his explanation).
- He has a way with technology; he's very fascinated by how technology of any sort works and loves to take things apart and put them back together, giving him great knowledge on many technological items; he enjoys computers the most and has hacking skills beyond even great hackers.
- A short version of this list would just be saying he's very, very smart.
- "Wait, wait, is having intensive knowledge on movies and video games a skill? No? ... Shit, this list is boring."
- He has quick hands, from years of experience pick-pocketing people, and is very adaptable.
Powers:
- Manifestation of tattoos: The ability to make the strange lines on his arms manifest; they move along his skin, to his fingertips, where they begin to manifest and twist together to form a long, thick whip, something akin to a bullwhip; each fingertip (including thumb) has a black line extending from it and he can choose to separate his fingers and unravel the whip to form five thinner whips or to put his fingers together and form one thick whip. The lines seem random and like they would not form a whip, so Nick enjoys surprising people by showing his power. The lines twist all the way up to his shoulder, where they just cut off, and the whip can only be as long as much "tattoo" he has, which is roughly about twice the length of his arm. Both tattoos, as he calls them, look the exact same on each arm.
Setbacks: He can't form his whips for a very long period of time. Right now, he can have them formed up to forty minutes, but then his arms begin to hurt and grow weak, and he has to let them form to his skin again. If he goes too long without manifesting the whips, it's a very painful process as they do move along his skin to form; when his mutation first showed, it was a very painful development, and he still doesn't understand why. Depending on what he's doing depends on how long it takes him to have enough energy to form his whips again. Naturally, if his hand or any of fingers got cut off, that probably wouldn't spell good news for his power. The whips are a part of himself, and while they are durable, if they get hit or slapped or any sort of harm comes to them, it's like injury to his body and does hurt him. He can form the whips pretty quickly, though depending on his state, mentally and physically, depends on how long it takes him to manifest them.
- Superhuman strength... somewhat: Nick is pretty strong, stronger than the average human (eh, mutant?). He can't lift two tons over his head, nothing impressive like that, but the thing that makes him stronger are his whips. His whips are very durable, and have yet to be broken by anything; they are very strong and they can easily lift two tons, though not for a long period, and can even hold his weight, so he can use them as sort of stilts and to pull himself up to higher ground, if there's something the whip can wrap around.
Setbacks: He cannot lift a very heavy weight with his whips for a long period or else it begins to get painful; the longest he had held up a heavy weight is almost five minutes and that was a struggle itself. Though, something like twice, even third, times his own weight, he can hold up for longer and with more ease. It's an elephant he might have trouble with.
- Manipulating the whips into other forms/using as armor: Nick is still fairly new to doing this one; he's naturally a curious person, and he likes to mess and poke at stuff he probably shouldn't most of the time, and so he's messed and poked at his own powers (how do you think he got his scars?). He has discovered that he can manipulate his whips into changing form; he can't increase their size (he does have the possibility of decreasing their size, they just simply form onto his skin again unless thought otherwise, and the fact he can make smaller whips decreases their size). But, he can manipulate with thought for the whips to form something like a shield or wall. He can also make them form shapes and he's learning on how to make the whips form onto certain parts of his body to make up some sort of armor (which seems pointless, since he can't cover his whole body, but he just likes to play around with it (though using the full length of the whips, and both at the same time, can cover a fair amount, say his whole torso and then some)). So, in retrospect, he can encase someone else in armor too. Another discovery was that he can manifest the whips without moving them - meaning, it looks like he can make the tattoos just lift away from his skin, and form the whips without them coming from his fingertips; the benefit being that he can make them encase his arm, making very thick and durable arm sleeves that would be useful in hand-to-hand combat and blocking other attacks. He's still learning this power, however, since it takes a lot of thought and energy, and he's learning to form the shields/arm sleeves at a quicker pace. He has yet to discover, and will later, that he can form the whips around his own fists, creating a large and protective glove-like encasing that could hurt like hell if someone got punched with it.
Setbacks: As mentioned above, using this power takes thought (concentration) and energy. The whips themselves do not take much energy, feeling like an extension of himself, but manipulating them into another form does take energy, mentally and physically. It's still a slow process too; not that slow but slow enough that he needs a few seconds before he can form a shield or the arm sleeves, which a few seconds could mean the difference between life or death. So, this power is still something "in the works" as he says, and he's learning how to manipulate the whips and move them one place to another in a quicker fashion that won't hurt him.
Brief bio:
Nicholas lived a pretty normal life up until he was thirteen. His parents were a happy couple; his father was American, who had moved to Canada to attend college in Quebec, and his mother was French. They had met at college and had been together ever since. Nicholas is fluent in both French and English, and depending on what words he is saying, he may or may not have a French accent. When he does talk in French, expect a thick accent, and sometimes even after he comes out of talking it. He was a happy kid, no problems, and their family was pretty well off money-wise. When he was two, his parents had another kid, a little girl named Alaina. Once she was older, the two became very close, tight knit. However, when Nicholas turned thirteen, he began to get sick. His parents didn't understand what was wrong; doctors didn't either. He had a higher fever and kept experiencing excruciating arm pain. They were even sensitive to the touch. He hadn't been sick for very long, maybe about two weeks, when it all came to a head; he woke up one night screaming, his arms feeling as if they were on fire. Once his parents got there and had the lights on, the fire had subsided a little, but left in their wake the black lines he has today. His parents had a long talk with him after that and what Nick found out was: He was adopted.
His parents had adopted him when he was six months old. The only thing they knew was that he had been dropped on the doorstep of the orphanage. "Cliche as hell, right?" is what Nick would always say if anyone found out about it. His parents weren't really sure how to react to finding out their adopted son was, well... a mutant. Because what else could he be? They pulled him from school so he could home-school. Alaina wanted to home-school with him but their parents wouldn't let her. For some time, the markings didn't do a thing on his body; eventually, they stopped hurting, and they just looked like any other markings. A few months had passed and it seemed like everyone had settled again, growing used to the strange markings randomly showing up on his arms. When, again, his arms began to hurt, but this time, the markings were coming to life, slithering down his arms like snakes, and coming out of his fingertips. It was very painful, it was like his skin was being ripped as they moved, but they just didn't leave any surface injuries to show they were ripping him (that's the only way he really knows how to describe it; like something is underneath his skin and moving, like an itch you can't scratch).
And, that was how Nicholas discovered just what the hell the markings were for. His parents were very weary, especially since Nick had a tendency to play with them like they were toys, because after some time, they stopped becoming so painful to form. When he used them often enough, it felt like how he describes in the parentheses above. Alaina seemed the most accepting in the family, saying she'd love Nick no matter what. Well, that changed quickly. At fifteen, Nick was still learning how to mess with his powers. He was an unhappy child at that time, because his parents had decided that after putting him in home-school, it was best to just keep him in the house and not let him go out, or else his powers would be found out. Nicholas hated being stuck inside and only sometimes, when he had to swear a million times he wouldn't form his whips out in public, they would take him out in long sleeves. But, it was rare, and Nick felt like his parents had become ashamed of him. So, at fifteen, Nick was a bitter little thing, and often practiced his powers around the house, purposefully breaking things but playing it off as an accident.
One day, Alaina came home from school; she enjoyed seeing his powers. Their parents were none the wiser that Nick would put on something akin to shows for Alaina with his powers. Well, to make this short, Nick was showing Alaina how he had discovered he could lift heavy things; kid was left home alone all day, he had to find things to keep himself occupied. It was actually how he got to be so darn smart. When he wasn't fiddling with his powers, he would sit and read, or do research on the internet. His parents fed into his intelligence and gave him books and anything else to help further his intelligence (they later realized the reason he was so smart was because he could retain everything like a sponge, even the littlest detail, though it was sometimes hard for him to concentrate and bring that memory to the forefront of his mind, but he could after some time). Anywho, he was lifting the big screen TV up in the living room; huge thing. It was almost 70 inches, very expensive, and the latest brand. Alaina was amazed and got too close. Nicholas' powers were still fairly new, he had had them for almost two years at that time, but they were still developing along with him, so he couldn't hold up a big screen TV as long as he could now at twenty. He tried to keep holding it up but he wobbled and dropped the TV, right on top of Alaina.
It hadn't been light, either. It was at that time when TVs weren't quite flat yet, instead having a slight arching back to them, and were heavier because of it. He had called 911 and got an ambulance over there; his parents came from work shortly after the arrival of the ambulance and were furious with Nick, because they knew he had caused it without him even saying so. For them to assume that (even if it was true) did hurt Nicholas. They didn't want him at the hospital, or to be seen by anymore paramedics (the ones that had saw him stared at his arms but made no comment, of course) and actually shoved him in the coat closet under the stairs and locked it. "They totally Harry Potter'd me!" Nick would say if telling the story, which he hadn't with anyone before, but if he did, he would try and shed some humor onto it, failing miserably. Life most definitely was very different after that. After being stuck in the closet for almost a whole day, his parents could barely look at him, and told him Alaina was in a coma. Nicholas didn't believe it at first but he had too; she didn't come home and they wouldn't let him visit her.
Alaina never woke up. Nicholas' parents blamed him completely and barely spoke to him, let alone looked at him, after that. Nick stayed in his room a lot after that (or in Alaina's as a way to torture himself, he guessed, since his parents never touched the room) and tried to not use his powers. That was how he discovered that if he didn't use them, it became very painful, and it was like using them for the first time all over. For a long time, he was bitter, and hated his powers and himself. He went through the rest of his teenage years replaying in perfect detail that day, where it went wrong, what he could have done differently. He lived the rest of his teenage years unhappy, lonely, and taking care of himself. Even though his parents let him stay around, they acted like he didn't exist. He only let this last for almost a year then at sixteen, he couldn't stand it anymore and left. Packed up and got out of there. He made sure to take something of Alaina's along with him, because while he might have a photographic memory, he wanted something physical. So, he took one of her necklaces, a long silver chain with her name hanging off in small cursive handwriting at the end of it. He went and saw Alaina one last time; his parents were well enough off, and had good insurance, so they had been keeping her on life support. He hates his photographic memory, because he can still see her laying there, pale and malnourished with tubes sticking out of her. He moved on, or tried too. He used his powers as little as often, fleeing to America, where he thought maybe he could find something better there. He decided to go to New York City, because why the hell not? He had thought at the time.
Hitchhiking and living on the streets was how Nicholas got by for a while. When he was eighteen, he met his idol, and not in the best of ways, and he hadn't been his idol until then. Nicholas did bad things to get by on the streets of NYC; sometimes, he wondered why he came there, but it was a beautiful city, and it had a pull to it; it felt like he was supposed to be there. He pickpocket'd people to get by, and sometimes slipped things in his pockets while in stores. One night, he brushed by a tall, kind of big blonde guy, and snagged his wallet. Thinking he was good, he went back to the alley he had been staying in, and sat down to see how much money he had just made. He opened it, skimming the guy's driver's license. 'Steve Rogers.' The name sounded familiar but really fake, too, so Nicholas moved on to what he really wanted, deciding to not dig into his "memory bank" (as he calls it) to figure out how he knew the name. He didn't get far. That Steve Rogers had followed him and confronted him. Nick, at first, was very defensive, ready for a fight, because on the streets, that was what happened when you got confronted for stealing something (usually by other hobos or "free lancers" as Nick referred to himself as). Sometimes, when he was on the defense, and ready for a fight, his whips would reveal themselves without his say so; and it had been a couple of weeks since he had "stretched them out" and it had made plenty of other people run away, so he revealed them. But, Steve, surprisingly, kept his cool, only showing a little bit of his shock, and had been very kind, and wasn't angry at all, and it threw Nicholas for a loop. For years, he hadn't been showed kindness (maybe a passing person giving him more than a one but it didn't extend beyond that). This was true kindness and Steve offered a helping hand.
Nicholas couldn't stop himself from accepting it. He hated that life. He didn't want to go back home but he hated what he had become, too. Maybe he could have made a better choice and not left Canada but he would have just been a street-living free lancer there too. Nicholas shortly after realized who Steve was when he was brought to Stark Towers and realized that him revealing his powers back there probably helped Steve make his decision to bring Nick here. The rest kind of became history; Steve helped Nick tremendously, Nicholas got to meet the Tony Stark and even learn a few things from him which was cool as shit, and Steve taught him a lot. He was sort of taken under the blonde man's wing ("shield," Nick would say instead) for a while and he came to idolize Steve. He didn't get to hang around Steve 24/7, because he did get a better life started for himself, and wasn't living on the streets and stealing anymore, and Steve had his own life. When the school was formed, of course he jumped on it, and joined it, Steve definitely happy he had. Nicholas openly admits Captain America helped shape him to be the young man he is today, though he still has his flaws and kinks to work out, a past he literally can't forget, and guilt chasing him around. Maybe he can work those problems out while at Avengers Academy.
His parents had adopted him when he was six months old. The only thing they knew was that he had been dropped on the doorstep of the orphanage. Initial observation report:
Subject has openly proven he has very similar world views as a very big crush on Captain America; however, he is still rebellious, and that combined with his higher intelligence- makes him a problem child, am I right? Aw, shit, someone hacked my file before me! Very funny, guy.
Training regimen/expertise:
- Obedience protocol training. Look, we'll be classmates! Hm, give yourself away, why don't you?
- Extensive physical and combat training. They're calling you fat. Yeah, well, wait till they see this fat as-No.
- Concentration classes, not only for helping with developing powers further, but also for how subject jumps from one thing to another. Thanks, guys! By the way, really loving the view I get on the helicarrier's decks, really nice- oh, and the dorms are okay, I guess- and the food, too-You're doing that on purpose. How intelligent you are indeed.
Potential outlook:
Subject shows high potential to have impressive leadership skills and possibly take a high rank in his future with the Avengers and S.H.I.E.L.D., if he can learn to control his impulses and his mouth. Ha ha ha you guys have so much fucking hope for me!
Best case scenario:
We have a future Captain America on our hands. I can't even argue with this, what a high compliment. You really do have a crush on him, don't you? No one asked you, italics guy!
Worst case scenario:
Subject loses interest; with his heightened intelligence, memorization skills/photographic memory, and habits, he appears to have ADHD and jumps from one thing to the other often. Ouch. Burn.
Side note: I did have permission to let a certain someone hack into Nick's profile and write that out ahem.
Full name: William Maximoff-Shade (Unrelated to canon son of Scarlet witch)
Alias/Codename: Cybernetic
Age: 19
Country of origin: "Eastern Europe" Sokovia
Basic appearance: 5'6 of varying mass. His overall appearance doesn't change, keeping his lean build and boyish looks. Keeps his hair short.
Costume: Having control over technology and nanites, a metallic suit is the only way to go. Composed of the nanites that make up his blood stream, the suit is a living part of himself and serves mostly to conceal his identity, provide his flight capabilities and act as a suitable material for him to create his weaponry using his Technopathy. And to some extent, it's a small statement of his idolisation to Stark.
Skills:
-Technical prowess outside of powers
-Snark master 2000
-Blackmail skills
-Hacking ability outside of technopathy

-Hacking ability outside of technopathy
Powers:
-Synthetic body: Like his father, Will's body is composed of entirely synthetic material and his blood stream is basically a stream of nanites. As such, he is able to control his own density, mass and temperature to a small extent, as well as his own pain tolerance. However, he can only ignore any physical stimulations for so long until it overrides whatever 'firewalls' he puts up against it and incapacitates him. Luckily, his synthetic body also allows him to regenerate from his injuries, anything too grievous, however, will force a shut down on himself. He's stronger and faster than the average human, but his ability doesn't surpass other's with actual superspeed and strength
-Mild immunity to toxins: Toxins, drugs and foreign chemicals still afflict him, but effects show up at a slower compared to an completely organic being
-Immune to electrocution: You may not want to touch him whilst he's statically charged though, it's like a live wire
-Superhuman intelligence: Having a computer as a father and a super genius as a technical grandfather has it's perks to one's intelligence.
-Techno-pathy: powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Technology.. Limited to his own creation and technology outside of Stark Tech.
-Limited control over Chaos magick: Unlike his mother's natural prowess over magick, Will can only summon up small bursts of chaos magick to act as a projectile. Used as a last resort as it is physically and mentally very draining.

Brief bio:
After a slew of adventures and risking their lives, the superhero known as Vision and Scarlet witch (a.k.a Wanda Maximoff) finally tied the knot and settled down to have a child. Unable to conceive a child by natural means, they turned to magick and technology to fulfil their wishes. After many failed attempts, a young boy was conceived and named "William Maximoff-Shade" using part of Vision's human alias; 'Victor Shade'. 3 years into raising their child, a new threat arose that required them to once more take up their superhero mantles and return to saving the world, resulting in Will growing up experiencing the superhero side of the world through every cut, bruise and hospital visit that his parents brought home. The worry of losing a parent ever present until he figured out that he was able to shut off the 'unpleasant' feelings and turn to the more infallible logistics of numbers and possibilities. Calculating the survival chances of his parents becoming a game to him and a growing concern to his parents.
Even more so when he found himself surpassing his peers his schooling, making education by the normal means redundant and to him, human life and mortality. He failed to understand or comprehend the flaws he saw in his classmates, the flaws in his parents, the investment they had in protecting what was inevitably going to self-destruct itself. He had experienced their flaws and subservient 'emotions' and he found them a hindrance at best compared to that of artificial intelligence and the machines he'd come to consider his superior allies. Vision, seeing his son's start upon a darker path, sought to prevent it and consulted the greatest minds of the generation. Those consultations of which led to Will meeting one of the initial founders of the Avengers, Stark.
Never before had he met a human so...like him. Stark was a man no doubt, but Will found fascination in the reckless and brash nature he displayed intertwined with the calculative numerics of machines. He grew to idolize and respect Stark and even more so, his humanity. Which eventually led him to a heavy decision; knowing he could never fit in with humanity with the constant reminder of his connection to the machines, Will decided to start over by erasing all files and traces of him being an Android from the database, including his own memory, making it so he was an adopted child with Technopathy powers and turning what he really was into a secret that not even he knew.
Freed from the knowledge that alienated him the most from his peers, Will found new life in living in the moment and experiencing the human emotions he had previously locked away from himself. And when a school came up that could maybe finally keep up with him, he decided to throw himself head first into it, with the recommendation of his parents off course who accepted that he would eventually follow in their footsteps one way or another.
