Short History: Kairi was born in the forest to the leader of the guild of hunters, Ixale Rusko. From a young age her father trained her in the arts of hunting and survival, by the age of 9 she was able to hunt and skin a rabbit. And by 14 she was a experienced hunter, however this is when things went bad. A note was delivered to Kairi, her father had been killed in the great war. Suddenly she was an orphan and in charge of her fathers guild. She spent the next 10 years training herself, and recruiting for the guild. When word broke out that the king was looking for help, Kairi was more than happy to join.
Abilities: Kairi is an expert shot with a bow, however close quarters combat is where she falls flat.

Seems counter-intuitive to have a pacifist join a cause knowing there will be extensive combat involved. However, I don't like unreasonably limiting people. So, when it comes to times like we can use the reasonable person standard. If you can reasonably justify it then I see no harm. It might be easier to actually have them be a former compatriot. A thought, but lets see what you come up with. =)

Sure. Again, as long as everything makes sense I'm not one to say no. I'm not sure what you mean by arcane tech. Shooting for high fantasy type environment.
