@ONL I mean, that's kinda my main reservation about it. If I don't go overboard and clearly explain the relevance, it could work; if I don't do it right, I could lose points even if the rest of the essay is solid stuff.

I've got like 12 weeks still to worry about it, though, so I'll figure something out. Could always sub it out for another version of Faust, after all.

@ONL Well, the essay's on multiple texts; the anime was one of three texts I was thinking of writing about for it, the other two being Marlowe's Doctor Faustus and Goethe's Faust. It would change a chunk of the essay, definitely, but the points I'd come up with for those two would stay.
