Currently I'm looking for people to build a "society" on this plane of mine. I'd need gangs, clans, mafia, yakuza, what-have-yous. If you have any question at all, ask and thy inquiry shalt be answeredst.
... yeah I don't Shakespeare.
Again, I need people. Population. Affiliation. If your suggestion fits, I'll implement it into the quo. Please adhere to the setting; we're in a futuristic tech-noir urban civilisation, with a generous dollop of fantasy overcast.
It's a crazy ride, so buckle up!
Note: Baddies appreciated. Hell, some white-collar sunnova' gun like Wolf of Wall Street is a delight if employed right!
An unnamed, psychedelic metropolis nestled in the heart of other dimension's existence bubble,
seemingly shrouded in halcyon days and nights.
【 Anons 】 Mundane denizens. "Normal" people.
【 Users 】 Those who walk the five Roads.
Every gang its own hierachy system, and their own philosophy.

Due to the Law of Equity that rules this dimension, other "outside ethnicities" are converted to humans as well. If their original self had super-abilities, then they will have an affinity to the closest element pertinent to their previous identity. Sometimes, foreigners breach into this world through summoning by Infinite Road Users. Other times, they surpassed physics that confine them to their origins.
As for the city's native denizens, only the lucky individuals who have an acute level of any one of the five human senses - or in rare cases, the sixth - can wield magic, categorised as "Roads".

The Gaia Road is considered one of the most common, although it is not in any way easy to master. Those who are sensitive in any of the five senses can tune to the Gaia Road to borrow strength from the element of earth, whether to reinforce physicality or manipulate the very grounds they walk.
The Tidal Road is only available to those who have sensitive senses of hearing, touch, sight, or taste. Those who dive into this element is one with water and are often fluent with adapting to the situation. They are masters of healing, and may have empathic skills too.
The Apollo Road is exclusive to those who are hyper aware of hearing, or sight. Fire, being one of the most primal needs to living things across lands, is the element at play here. Some have an uncanny affinity to animals; they are also capable of physically twisting hot air to form mirages.
The Storm Road only opens to those with supernatural hearing. Enhanced speed, hearing the whispers of the wind and cutting materials with a deadly air swipe are some of the few stunts offered to its exclusive Users. Prolific Storm Road Users may even combine their attacks with other elements to create new tactics, although combining Roads disqualifies one's eligibility as King.
The Infinite Road is the ultimate opportunity, where its User controls nothingness and the non-physical; those with a sixth sense can tap into the void. Only Infinite Road Users can neutralise each other. Its superiority comes with a heavy price: instead of draining willpower that can be recovered, The Infinite Road runs on the User's lifeforce.

"Protect the city."An obscure organisation that strives to neutralise interference from Colour Gangs that will otherwise affect the lives of normal civilians. They step in when the city police fails to detain dangerous criminals. Inevitably, they are looked at with a sick eye by the other gangs, mocked to be the "paragon of righteousness".

The King is crowned the strongest in their chosen Road, and are bestowed the ownership of the element's regalia. There are a total of 5 Kings. To become King, a User must initiate a duel, both parties using the same element. If a King is killed by another User of a different Road, then the regalia will "die" as well. It will spawn again after an indefinite period, on a finger of the next fitting King.
Regalias are in the form of a semi-sentient ring, and do not react to anyone but its rightful master. Depending on the personality and fighting strategy of the King, the regalia boons its wearer with an exclusive trick.
It has been rumoured that there are replicas circulating around, capable of emulating a fraction of the real regalias' powers.
This is a supernatural city, after all.
