Nikki Hyatt laid claim to the high school and cleaned it out of walkers. She brought the surviving members of her family (her brother Matt and his ex and their baby Grace) and some people they have met or saved along the way, Jenna, Felix, Zach and James and the rest of the cast. There are a few out right now getting supplies and they ran into a few who they brought back with them.

There were look outs at various places along the fence line. The gates are manned but the guys that were there the day before were all killed on day 2 by enemies of Vincent. There will be more The entire school is locked down and chained. The only way in is the front doors and those are locked and only opened by whomever Nikki put on that door and they take shifts.

Okay who's up? Looks like we are all back at the school. There might be enough stuff to warrant another trip to the storage units. I don't think Nikki will be on that trip though. She got pretty beat up with all of her crash landings. :P

My grandmother is coming home tomorrow, but she will be living in a hospital bed and on constant oxygen.

@Demonic Angel Go? On a scavenging trip? Sounds good. I think @Rumikoohara might be heading that up if they are going back to the storage units. You might want to ask her. How are you going to have Raven leave? Are you killing her off or are you just having her disappear?

Our power is freaking out. The storm outside is making me wonder how long I will have power tonight. If I disappear suddenly that is why.

Everyone is at the school at this moment. However, there are so few people posting or showing interest in this RP I am considering closing it.

My grandmother is very weak. And the HMA of the place we rent is having a meeting to discuss if we can continue to live here because my grandmother's oxygen canisters are 'hazardous material' and are not part of our contract for living here.

Oh for crying out loud. That is ridiculous! They shouldn't be able to do that. I'm not sure they can. If it's not in writing in your lease they can't do it.

@Wick our landlady thinks so too and she is going to the meeting to fight for us. we are not allowed to attend since we are just measly little renters. the HMA president has had it out for us since we moved in here so I would bet a Klondike bar he is the one behind this sudden meeting.

@Belle *hugs* Good for your landlady. Tell her to get it in writing or at least get the legal codes and stuff from a lawyer.

I'm going to wait a little while and give someone else a chance to post. I'm trying to keep things moving and I don't want to watch it fail. I know summer is pulling people out more and I totally get that. Belle is going to be out indefinitely due to RL and family stuff. She is having a really rough time lately. Others aren't saying anything so I don't know, could just be a busy week for some.
