Apparently all the top brass or higher ranks tho, elbow/arm aiming allows lower sensitivity for better aiming.
Am trying it out and its kinda cool, I kinda think my aim is somewhat better but like its weird to shift from wrist to elbow/arm.

Edit: Wow, and turning full 360 feels really weird.
