@Deserted@dreamingflowers@Fetzen Because of the lost of two characters and the multiple long silences of the roleplay, I'm unfortunately to bringing this roleplay to an official close. I want to thank all of you guys who stuck around, dedicating your time and effort to both the plot and characters. Honestly, I have been on this site for about five months and active in three roleplays that I can remember that actually started. But I mention that to say that before the guild, I roleplayed on another and most stories never survived due to the great amount of unescapable inactivity from all players. So I came here, thinking I would have better luck. Then I found you guys. I created this roleplay partially to improve my writing in the fantasy genre, and although the roleplay ends her, I don't regret the advice and support given. Any of you storytellers are welcomed to join any of my future roleplays, especially if you have a thing for sci-fi since I've been having an itch to get right back into my favorite genre.
@Deserted Can't lie, you really guided me through this roleplay when it came to carrying a plot through. Even back on the interest check, you were the first to respond. And within the OOC, you kept it light and fun. As for Rooke's character, you took the wise choice of making him a man of mystery, which kept me guessing what other secrets are there to discover within him. I've always wondered if it would end with Emmett turned against him or standing with him.
@dreamingflowers I remember you saying that you can tell I have put a lot of dedication into the roleplay, and it means a lot. I also cannot forget you calling this roleplay special. You definitely encouraged me to not forget character development, since one of the things that can keep a roleplay memorable are the characters that make them up. Speaking of characters, Floure definitely stood out from the rest due to her soft-nature. The possibilities of what her character could go through was countless. Situations like putting her into intense life or death dilemmas or even just dealing with the impulsive interactions of Emmett, could prove to even impact the very true ending.
@Fetzen Glad I could be your first roleplay in the advanced section. You were the first person I have tried something new by actually conversing ideas about your character within a PM. Othen was definitely the brute of the Whispering Badlands, but surprisingly enough he was actually quite funny in the way he would counter Emmett. It would have been nice to see the certain tests of manhood Othen would put Emmett through and I was planning to set a scene where it would make perfect sense to have that happen. But none the less a unique character.
Well, there you have it, my finally goodbyes to the roleplay and to you guys, although I hope to bump into any of you. Thanks again for all of your concern and dedication.
