Turns out the solution to a sudden and immense onset of writer's block is to bang your head against a desk until the ideas and blood start flowing out. Who knew? Writing something that isn't crap, finally. Hope to post in the next day or two.

Also looking forward to hunkering down and reading Iri's debut post as well, @Sohtem!

@Lucky Knight Trust me, I know what it's like to have massive writer's block, I just usually go with what comes to mind and not worry about it, just to get past the block, also I really like what I did with Iri's post, it's nothing amazing, but I felt like I wrote down what I was thinking earlier that day and got everything out how I wanted, so I'm proud of that.

That is, hands down, one of the absolute best experiences you can have as a writer. To be able to write down what you've seen in your mind and have it do justice to your vision. Which I guess sounds super pretentious (it speaks to my vision, man!) ... but you know what I mean.

@Lucky Knight I totally get what you mean and I don't think it's pretentious at all, just when that spark of inspiration hits you and you get it down nearly perfectly, well that's the best feeling in the world, I mean my other two characters were introduced alright, but I feel I didn't do them as much justice as I could've, unlike Iri, her introduction feels practically perfect to me. :D

I apologize I forgot to post today. I got caught up in Yugioh today and finally f'ing getting my Dokkan Battle account back after two days of my emulator being dead I jumped ship as soon as possible to put it on my family Ipad.

Still alive. Just ... not making any progress. Not sure why. I think my vacation totally threw me out of the groove.

@Sohtem -- Woof. Not ideal. I think I realized the problem right after I wrote that, actually. Was trying to force a plot thread that didn't make sense given the way things have shaped up for my characters, so my brain was automatically shutting me out. May have a solution but it might be less bombastic than the original scheme. In the short term anyway.

@Lucky Knight I get what you mean, I've had that a few times with some of my characters, not as grand as how you're building up yours, but similar on a smaller scale, also I don't think anyone will hold it against you, anything to get the ball rolling again will probably help clear the block, I am interested in having some of my characters meet yours as well, definitely had me drawn in with the parts I did read and I was thinking of a few things for when they meet, though not fleshed out, just small tid bits here and there, seem to get those like I have adhd XD such as an idea for another character I'm thinking up. Swear I'm going to have a small army by the time this is all done and wow did I just now realize I'm rambling, sorry about that.

I feel you on so many levels that it hurts.

Could be worse though, I could have my legs amputated and my body burnt on fire while screaming 'I hate you' up to my best friend.
