Tex's characters
Name:
Yzeira Yezia
Age:
(Currently)
3650
(Potentially)
12300
Species:
Human/Void Creation
Gender:
Male
Personality:
The first, and perhaps most evident trait of Yzeira's personality is his subtle, yet completely overbearing arrogance. Although well deserved to some extent, this creation of corrupt magical power considers himself intellectually superior to all other organic beings in the multiverse, and rates his own power as completely unmatched, regardless of whether or not this is actually the case. You might not notice his superiority complex at first, but through prolonged contact with the man, it becomes unbearably obvious that he holds disdain for all life, only valuing knowledge for what it is, and claiming that it undeservedly sits in the minds of unworthy whelps throughout the multiverse. Although his confidence knows no bounds, he is intelligent enough to recognize when he cannot overcome another force greater than his, and will begrudgingly accept his place within larger organizations until the time comes where he can assume his rightful spot at the top of the multiversal totem poll once again. Of course, since the multiverse has an infinite number of dimensions to traverse, Yzeira knows that there will always be somebody more powerful than him out there. Knowing this, he will only show respect to those he wishes to kill, or otherwise eliminate from the fabric of existence.
Yzeira's behavior around people he does not see as an immediate threat to his life is cold, and distant. Although he will hold a conversation if it beckons some use to his bank of knowledge, it is very rare for him to show genuine interest in the people who are feeding him information. This is partially due to the fact that nearly all of his emotions have been forcefully stricken from him, leaving only his unparalleled logic and reasoning in their place. However, albeit a somewhat rare occurrence, Yzeira can tap into the strongest emotional influence of his fellow void creations at random, sending him into sudden fits of rage, sadness, joy, and regret. This only becomes apparent if one prods him with conversation during an 'emotional episode' so to speak.
One of Yzeira's last definitive natures, is his overwhelming desire to consume knowledge. If there is something he does not understand, he will go to great lengths to learn about it, and record his findings in a notebook that he carries on his person at all times. This is his greatest weakness, and can sometimes overcome his rationale to a significant degree. He is however fully conscious of this weakness, and will not always put his life in harms way to acquire knowledge. Regardless, this has been used against him multiple times in the past, even though he keeps his overwhelming desire for knowledge a closely guarded secret.
Bio:
Born on an unnamed Terra, Yzeira began his mortal life as an overeager child with the desire to learn and evolve beyond all else. Due to this, his childhood was filled with monstrous hatred, originating from the insecurity of his peers who couldn't hope to match his apparent aptitude in nearly every subject of study. Most hated him, and his family was exhausted by his emotional instability, but there was one who supported him through all of his hardships, his best friend, Alex Montiz. Alex and Yzeira grew up together, progressing into higher levels of study with ease, and making all of their peers look like bumbling idiots with their mastery of the sciences and arts. Life was good, and eventually, the two graduated with degrees in different fields of magical science.
With their combined knowledge and power, the two began development of a new theory, the 'multiverse theory' as it were, that stated existence as humans knew it was merely a bubble in the grander scheme of reality. Their study went on for several years, until they successfully broke new ground, and were able to shatter the fabric between dimensions. However, the dimension that they'd traversed into was unknown, and far different from what they knew, forcing them to acquire new help in the form of a third colleague, Nexus Albion. Nexus assisted the two in developing new theories for inter dimensional travel, convincing them that their breakthrough was worthless in the long run, and that they needed to master this magic before sharing it with the world. Alex agreed, but Yzeira was not convinced, and was eager to learn more about the dimension they'd uncovered. Not only that, but Yzeira believed that this dimensional theory shouldn't be made public, citing the many dangers therein. This created tension, and eventually, Alex and Nexus Phased Yzeira out of their newest studies, forcing him to work alone.
Nexus and Alex eventually mastered a new form of dimensional travel, allowing them to look into other worlds, and see through the infinite void between worlds. This let them travel accurately, and name dimensions, granting much more potential to traverse them with ease. It did however, require years of setup to establish a single, stable link between two worlds, but it was safe.
Yzeira on the other hand went into the study of 'pocket dimension' theory, ultimately allowing him to create a pocket dimension by using a collection of mass as its base. Using this knowledge, he created what is now know as 'The Tower of Chaos' to all he speaks of it to. This Tower houses all of the knowledge Yzeira has collected over the years, and spans over a hundred floors in height. It also allowed him quick travel between dimensions, using his tower as a sort of 'dimensional space craft'. This had negative side effects though. Although it was fast and stable, the fabric of his pocket dimension's space and time was weak, allowing the energy between worlds, known as the 'void' to seep into his living space at a steady pace. Since he ended up spending more and more of his time studying the books he'd found, and re-summerizing them to fit into his library of knowledge, the void had begun to corrupt his body and mind, tearing away his emotions steadily, and granting him strange powers that to this day, he has yet to fully understand.
Several years after he first left his self proclaimed 'Universe Alpha' Yzeira had harnessed the power the void had granted him. Returning home, he spent the next 5 years tearing a hole in the fabric of space time in hiding, eventually causing a chain reactions that ultimately destroyed his home universe. His spite and hatred eventually turned him into the monster that he is today. Now, he spends his life moving between dimensions, and gathering knowledge, while killing any who stand in his way.
Over time, he'd collected a series of 'friends' with exceptionally strong emotions, in an attempt to regain his humanity. The results have been relatively underwhelming, and he has since stopped this endeavor. They do however, live in his Tower, and occasionally accompany him when he traverses the many dimensions within the multiverse. Yzeira uses them occasionally, as they have developed their own set of void-enhanced abilities, to do his bidding when needed. Sometimes he labels his group the 'Order of Chaos' to signify their chaotic nature in obtaining and orderly ocean of knowledge. This is rarely made public, though.
Abilities:
Primary
Chaotic Void Manipulation
Being attuned to the void between worlds, Yzeira can conjure and manipulate a crimson Red energy that he deems as 'pure chaos'. This energy comes in many different densities, but ultimately eats away at, and destroys matter and energy. The rate at which it does it can range from negligible, to severe, depending on how much energy Yzeira invests into this magic, and how dense it is when produced. The effects seem limited only by how long Yzeira spends gathering energy, and how dense his target's matter and/or energy is. It can be influenced by barriers and sheer mass, and disappears once it eats away at a set amount of energy or mass. Collections of his magic will weaken the bonds between atoms if they do not outright destroy them, allowing eventual extermination of any and all matter in the multiverse. Living organisms hit with his magic are particularly resistant to it, however, as will not be evaporated instantly unless the density of Yzeira's energy is excessively high. Prolonged exposure will result in gradual weakness, and ultimately, death.
Secondary
Dimensional Travel
Using his knowledge of dimensional physics, Yzeira can transport anything, including himself, to a nearby dimension after channeling for about 30 seconds. He uses this to return to his Tower at will, if it is stationed close enough to a dimension. This also allows him to travel across long distances with ease, but it is not viable as an escape due to how long it takes to channel.
Secondary
Perfect Vision
Although not an ability offered to him by the void, it is improved by his further understanding of dimensional physics. Yzeira's eyes allow him to perceive everything within 50-1000 yards of wherever his head is positioned (Relative to his age and experience. Additionally, Yzeira can witness physical and magical occurrences on an atomic level, allowing him to see through objects and magical disturbances. Although this cannot be done on anything that isn't within his natural cone of sight, he is still able to perceive the general mass and/or energy density within the aforementioned radius, making it nearly impossible to approach him stealthily.
Tertiary
'Chaos Armageddon'
The action of ripping a large enough hole in space time to destroy an entire universe.
Weakness
Physical Decay
Though the void has improved his magical capabilities, Yzeira's body, although it appears muscular, cannot exert much force at all, making him far weaker and less agile than an average human male. Additionally, he is very vulnerable to all forms of physical harm. His body's natural healing capabilities are shot, instead using a portion of his energy to restore damaged flesh at a rate similar to normal human healing, very inefficiently. Simply put, a bullet wound could easily incapacitate Yzeira, if he were to ever allow such a thing to occur, making him a glass cannon. This is however, not obvious, since very few have wounded Yzeira in the past, and those who have, are either dead, or currently working under him.
Weakness
Mental instability
Upon exerting too much energy, or going through an emotional fit in combat, Yzeira loses all rational thought and enters a state of instinctual combat. At this point, all of his magical output is faster, but limited to condensed, projectile-type attacks that can be easily traced and dodged despite how lethal they might be. Although unpredictable when losing his mind, Yzeira will unwillingly place a great deal of stress on his own body, which can leave him in a very vulnerable state.
Other:
Yzeira Wears a blood-red trench coat with many pockets, which he uses to store books, artifacts, and other nick-nacks. He always carries a couple journals on his person for taking notes, along with several pens and pencils. Yzeira also carries a red, leather bound novel with him at all times, but he rarely shares its contents with anyone.Appearance:
Rajaka stands a whopping 8 feet tall, and weighs over 300 lbs, bulging with an excessive amount of muscle. He wears a mask identical to Yzeira's, and has a medium-grey skin tone that differentiates him from humans, if his titanic size wasn't already enough. His hair is long, ending around the center of his back, and has a bright yellow hue to it. His eyes glow a similar yellow shade as well. He wears a pair of metal bracelets around his wrists, a vest made of cured hides, and a pair of tiger-pelt pants. He wears no shoes. There is a distinctive tattoo on the back of his right hand, but its origins and meaning are unknown.
Name:
Ra'Ja'ka (Rah-Jah-Kah)
Or
Rajaka (Raj-Ah-Ka)
Age:
3050-11700
Species:
Lok'Sha/Void Creation
Gender:
Male
Personality:
Rajaka is hard to get along with. Why? Because he's a muscle-bound, thick-headed, self-indulgent, thrill-seeking moron. He prides himself on his ability to smash things and only finds enjoyment in berating others, or smashing them. Rajaka is very impulsive and easy to set-off. Although he's full of himself, he's always looking for a chance to show off his strength through various feats, ranging from punching a mountain clean in half, to throwing a punch capable of briefly ripping the fabric of space-time. Sometimes he performs feats like this, not for his audience, but for himself, just because he can. He's just that narcissistic.
Of course, having such a bounty of arrogance balancing delicately on his shoulders makes he extremely easy to anger. Rajaka will get riled up over the most subtle of insults, sometimes even taking offense to things regardless of whether or not that was the other person's intention. Oddly enough, the angrier he gets, the less predictable his attacks become, actually making him harder to fight against as he gets more enraged.
Rajaka is a fairly simple person, but his number one goal in life is to be the strongest in the multiverse. He'll never turn down a challenge, and he definitely won't run away from a fight, unless one of his allies forces him to.
Bio:
The Terra that hosts the Lok'Sha was in one of the first dimensions that Yzeira visited after achieving fast-paced inter-dimensional travel. Needless to say, people were upset by his appearance as soon as the chaotic man began killing Lok'Sha who interfered with his studies. Among those to show aggression toward Yzeir was Ra'Ja'ka, the first son to head chief of the Lok'Sha, Xi'Ti'Ya. Unlike many of his weaker allies who ran into their deaths, Rajaka was able to stand toe-to-toe with the young Yzeira's un-mastered magic, taking minimal damage and actually landing a strike against the powerful foe. Near the end of the fight, both fighters were on the cusp of death. Rajaka's anger peaked, which at the time had only made him more predictable, but something about his otherworldly fury sparked interest in Yzeira's mind and soul. Unfortunately for Rajaka, Yzeira was able to escape, and Rajaka was left as one of the last living Lok'Sha, doomed to die at the hands of Yzeira's magical corruption.
Five years passed, and Rajaka's father had long since passed, leaving Rajaka as the last living Lok'Sha. Yzeira had been monitoring the Lok'Sha from afar, watching as the Void corruption was unable to overcome the massive creature's life-force. Instead, Rajaka became much like Yzeira, losing many of his base emotions, and becoming more and more obsessed with his most basic desires. Unlike Yzeira though, Rajaka's strength had not been stolen from him by the magic, nor did he gain the ability to control the void. Instead, a symbiotic relationship developed between his soul's internal energy (Ki) and the void that had taken hold of his body, increasing his strength astronomically, and affecting his body's composition over time.
Ten years after their initial fight, Yzeira approached Rajaka out of curiosity. Somehow, the void had connected them, and the long since corrupted emotion of anger that Yzeira had lost, returned to him in spurts, all because of Rajaka's survival. Yzeira convinced him to join him on the Tower of Chaos, in order to see his goals out. Rajaka, unable to care for his fallen comrades any longer, accepted his offer, and now searches the multiverse for a challenge fit for his new found abilities.
Rajaka already assumes that he's become more powerful than Yzeira, but is perfectly satisfied with the first battle they shared back in his home world.
Abilities:
Primary
Void-Ki Symbiosis
With the new relationship between the void and Ki in Rajaka's body, he has surpassed normal Lok'Sha physiology. He has lost many techniques that Lok'sha are often capable of though. First of all, Rajaka's strength is impossible to gauge. Although at first it may be comparable to that of a titan's, the angrier that Rajaka gets, the more powerful his physical abilities become. At one point in his life, he had been allowed to become so angry, that his punch shattered the very fabric of space-time for a split second. His unique energy network also grants him unlimited stamina, making it impossible to tire him to a point of exhaustion.
Secondary
Ki Expulsion
Rajaka's current level of mastery over Ki allows him to expel the energy through any part of his body. However, due to his lack of absolute mastery over the ability, this only allows him to exert it through his feet and fists. This Ki comes in different intensities, which changes based on how much power Rajaka exerts. Rajaka doesn't have much control over this power once it leaves his body, and can only exert it in two ways: Through his punches in small, explosive blasts, and through his stomps, allowing the energy to spike up from the ground at any point within 100 yards of wherever he's standing. Ki acts much like plasma, and has quite a bit of destructive force, capable of destroying most defenses. However, in Rajaka's case, his ki-blasts are not particularly devastating. They do however incite prolonged paralysis in whomever they strike, due to the void corruption in his body. These attacks don't travel very fast either, and Rajaka cannot muster the focus to expell his Ki if he gets too angry.
Tertiary
Reactive Vision
Rajaka's eyes don't just glow. Anything in his range of vision becomes subject to his physical prowess. This allows his attacks to strike a person's soul, ignoring any ability that would make somebody ethereal, or invincible. As long as he can see you, there is practically no way to defend against his attacks.
Weakness
Magical Turbulence
Unlike normal Lok'Sha, Rajaka's body is actually more vulnerable to many different forms of magic. Simply put, he has no way of defending or shrugging off the arcane, and is very vulnerable to psychic assaults.
Weakness
Sluggish
Although Rajaka has the potential power to break the fabric that binds reality, even if only for a moment, he is not very fast. Although he's particularly fast overall, his agility leaves much to be desired.
