Which Spammer would win in a Fight?

Game starts with 5 names and the number 20.
Choose one person from the list and give them +1.
Choose another person and give them -2.
When a person reaches 0, erase them from the list.
I plan to do this with multiple lists, yo. (First 5 people were chosen from Latest Posts.)

What sort of altered rules? Though if the list were as huge as implied, I'm sure one of the more obvious would be to increase the amount of people you can boost/damage and what not.
