Ok, how did he end up becoming an Esper?

@GamerXZExperimentation from the Pride organization during the War. He was kidnapped at a young age and went through early methods of artificial awakening that were more akin to torture. You're character probably woulkdn't have this same experience, however, as the tech has probably been improved to be more humane by the current timeline. Unlike most characters in the RP, Aiden's around 27 years old and had a pretty fucked childhood that includes turning Cardiff into a smoking crater at the age of 15(as well as crippling the UK for about a week due to resonant electromagnetic fields that coated the country afterwards).

@GamerXZYeah, he's the pioneer on it, so usually for those wanting to be awakened, his organization is the one you head to. His organization also runs the school and what not. He's likely not going to be directly involved unless you work something out with Masaki about it.

@Raijinslayer Koko isn't currently on campus, instead he's out running an errand for someone. Probably not the smartest move, considering his attendance record is pretty bad, but what can you do.

Finding out about it, though... Well, he'd make it a mission to find out everything about the Hand Of God through his plethora of contacts in the underground, probably going so far as to make contact with both the faction (to try and arrange a meeting) and any person with official Esper listings (to get a list of the names of all Espers possessing Fulgarkinesis over Level 6). What can I say, he's dedicated to knowing everything XD

@Raijinslayer You misunderstand, Koko WANTS a visit from Aiden. The quicker the better, in his case. See what the man is capable of, and test a theory.

Then again, it depends whether or not he makes the connection between the technical issues and his ability. It could have easily been an ability like Malicious Fake from Toaru, or something similar. Depends on how much information partaining to the break it is released.

Also, I'm not sure. Maybe a support/healer? Someone who affects cellular regenration? That'd be neat.

Mind you, the cap for students is level 6, I think.

It really is rather unpleasant. Which is why most artificial espers would probably be disdainful of Kotori.
