Seriously though, I'm glad to see that Red Arrow didn't just turn into 'Nightwing with a bow'. Funnily enough it looks like between @Konica's Starling and your Red Arrow we have a pair that could fill a similar function to the MCU's Black Widow and Hawkeye. Red is accepted.

Yeah, Static will be a Godsend in either scenario, seeing as both Metropolis and Tokyo are having their own parasite problems.

What logic is that? I'm sure there's an argument for your character being in Tokyo if you want her to be in Tokyo. Maybe she just followed Nightwing's mesmerising butt, and before she knew it she was in Japan. Happens all the time.

But I'm going by the logic that she wasn't at the Watchtower because she would be one of those heroes that they most likely never heard of before, seeing as she hasn't done anything heroic.

Which is why I said it makes more sense for her to be in Metropolis because she could be performing there......and I just found my reasoning for being in Tokyo. I'm such a derp...
