[OOC] Justice League: Legacy

Do we need to do something similar to the Justice League heroes or DC heroes? I notice a lot of gender swaps and the like, could we make an OC character that happened to exist in the DC world?

Morning guys. Some quick answers to questions that jumped at me for now, and I'll do CS reviews later today.

Julian stands at 187 CM, and weighs 74 kilos, he's in peak condition due to rigorous workouts, his training schemes being taken from some of the greatest athletes on the planet, copying and combining the workout regiments of former Robins, human and inhuman heroes, as well as world-leading personal trainers. His eyes are blue, the same kind of cold blue his father is well known for having. His features are a little softer than his fathers, yet, he is the spitting image of his father if one were to look away from the long ginger-locks over his face and the scratchy beard he usually sports. Julian is usually seen dressing modestly, in a hoodie, chinos, T-shirt and flat-top shoes. However, it's not unheard of for him to dress fancy in a dress-shirt and matching pants, or even a full on suit.

He makes a point to always clean up as much as possible for official occasions, styling his hair, shaving his face and wearing his nicest clothes whenever the occasion calls for it.
His super suit looks something like this.

Powers/Skills:

Genius Intellect
Superior Genetic Makeup Enhanced Physical Properties.
Enhanced Healing Factor and Immunity System.
Multi-Billion Dollar Resources.
Knowledge of Kryptonian and other Alien and future technology
Wears a Super Suit made with said technology, his suit capable of going toe to toe with his father's, allowing him to protect the earth in Kal-El's place.

Backstory:

Cloned from Lex during Lex's early career against Superman, he quickly realized that his battle against the alien would lead with him getting injured, and having a army of spare-organ-donors would be beneficial

Over the years he was raised and trained to be a replacement / heir to Lex.

Psychotic burst of anger, burned the lab he was born in down, all the doctors and other clones still inside, 50+ casualties.

Jumped in front of a train because of guilt, he survived, lost his right arm.

Was 'adopted' by Kon-El, whom saw him as his brother. Conner helped him rejoin the world, making him a Titan and a member of the Young Justice Team, at first, he had monitor and tech-duty, but as his mind and skills developed, he would be allowed field duty, under the code-name of Cesare.

He reconnects with Lex and Lex announces him to the world as his son. Lex and Julian's relationship is tense, but there's still a sense of mutual respect and endearment

He steps up as Superman - to prove that anyone can be good, if they decide to, that where you come from, or who everyone thinks you are, does not matter. That in the end, you have the power to be good - and that's the spirit of Superman.

Motivation for joining the League?:

He wants to 'give back' to the world for giving him a second chance, to inspire others to do better with their lives. He wants to bring hope to people, the same way Superman did, but with the resources and the know-how he has from his heritage as a Luthor.

What do you bring to the League?:

Genius Intellect, shitloads of toys and funding capable of rivaling Bruce Wayne's, and a vast understanding of just about all things science. Engineering is his forte so understanding, using and fighting alien tech will be 'his thing'. Well, that, and a pimped out super-suit allowing him to emulate a lot of Kal's powers.

Notes

Bi-Sexual, he owns a rather large amount of stock in LexCorp, I can deal with Lex being a villain or just 'some guy' in the RP, it won't matter too much to me, his and Julian's relationship will be gratifying regardless.

I'm thinking Julian and Conner 'shares' the title of Superman, as it seems kind of dickish to make Conner stay Superboy.

Honestly, I imagine Julian to be more of "A" Superman than "The" Superman. Also, the idea of a Luthor brandishing the shield and everything it stands for amuses me greatly.

But yeah, Jon's anger would more so be based on the fact that anyone would even think to call themselves Superman so soon after his disappearance. He doesn't even think that it should be him to take up the mantle. It scares him to.

Partially same for Kieran. He's not "scared" to take up the mantle but he's not sure if he's ready or even worthy of it despite him being a full Kryptonian and one of the "sons" of Superman despite not being his biological one. But he'd probably feel some kind of way about Julian calling himself a Superman.

Appearance:

Kieran may not be a biological Kent but that doesn't he mean he doesn't look good like one. Some even say that he's the more attractive brother. But it really depends on who you ask. He has an impressive athletic build and stands at exactly 6'0 while weighing approximately 210 lbs. He has the trademark Kryptonian blue eyes. He doesn't have a distinct look when it comes to his civilian clothes. He just wears what he wants to wear but he has a sense of fashion thanks to his adoptive mother, Lois.

Ever since joining and forming the Teen Titans with Dick he's worn this but he feels it might be time for a costume change.

Powers/Skills:

Kieran has all the abilities granted to a Kryptonian his age by the yellow solar energy of the Earth's sun. He hasn't the same amount of exposure to it as Clark or even Jon, but he's had around the same amount absorbed as Kara. His suit as Seraph was made to make up for the years without the sun.

Kieran is considered a genius by Earth standards but would be just above average by Kryptonian standards. He can learn and retain information quickly and put it to use just as fast. He has a great tactical mind but not nearly on the same level as someone in the Batfamily.

He didn't train personally with Batman like his brother but he did receive combat training while he was with the Teen Titans. He learned to work well with others and learned how to be someone that could lead others. He carried the "S" on his chest and it came with a lot of responsibilities.

He also has muscle memory of military style techniques that he doesn't recall ever learning.

Backstory:

Up until twelve years old Kor lived in the a section of the Phantom Zone where time still flowed. He was wandering around the Zone when he was rescued from Superman after he was sucked into the zone. He doesn't recall anything before that moment. He doesn't even know who his actual parents are. All that he remembered was his first name, Kor. He learned that life on Earth would be great for him. He was raised in Metropolis with his new family. The world's greatest superhero, his wife, and his son. He became one of them. An El and a Kent.

He immediately decided to give back to this world that gave him so much. Whereas Jon didn't immediately step into the role of hero, Kieran was different. He knew that's what he wanted to do. He was young and his powers were still new to him so of course Clark was against him doing so. With some convincing from Kara he was able to go off and train with her for a year in how to use his powers. Halfway through his training he was given his suit that helped him control his power output while also allowing him to absorb more solar energy to makeup for the twelve years of lost time.

After the year was up he returned to Metropolis and this time his father couldn't tell him no. Well, he could. But he didn't. At first his role was a supportive one until one day a team up with the first Boy Wonder and a few others led to a better opportunity. A group of teenagers fighting together for the good of the world sounded amazing to them. Thus, the Teen Titans or Titans were born. In the years the roster was interchangeable especially once the Justice League was formed. But one thing that stayed the same was how close the members were with each other. They considered each other a family and he considered Dick Grayson to be like another brother to him.

After graduating from High School, he left the team and became more of a reserve member so that he could attend College with his older brother. He didn't intend to follow the path of journalism like Jon but he figured that college would be the best place to figure out what he wanted to do as a civilian while still also being a hero. He would have been going into his second year when the Big Seven disappeared. He was wary of this day and it's been a month since then. The world needs a Superman and although he is arguably the most qualified would he be ready to take on that responsibility?

Motivation for joining the League?:

He owes it to his father and to this world. Even though he wasn't Superman's actual son he brought him in and treated him like his own. The same for this planet. He loves it and would do anything to protect it.

What do you bring to the League?:

Full Kryptonian badassery and a potential leader.

Named himself Seraph for two reasons. All the good Super names were taken and he didn't want to have a god or Messiah complex so anything like Savior or anything like that was out of the question. He was fine with being an angel that looks over his home.
