There will be more of a response, I assure you (I've actually been pondering what it will be. XD), and it would have been included in this post, except... Well, a cheerful Shipper on Deck suddenly spouting their interpretation of events tends to be distracting. XD

Which also answers part two of the question; It was intentional on my part, not so much on Alistair. Alistair is trying to process people and events at an incredible rate, which means that, unfortunately, not everything registers immediately. It's a bit like suddenly talking to and hearing introductions from an entire group at once; You'll hear all of it, but until things slow down long enough for you to catch a breath, you won't be able to process all of it.

TL;DR He heard, but it didn't register yet. He'll probably respond to the rest shortly. Unless KK again. Then God knows what will happen.

Not sure anything else was mentioned in OOC that I'll need to touch upon, though Ollie is ironically not based on a monkey-boy, and I had him imagined since, like, the first or second episode. Kinda wish I made him a monkey, though, so it'd tie in with an actual legend. ;~;
