Meister Abilities: Despite his size, he is particularly fast and quick on his feet. When compared to the other Meisters in term of strength, he'd be considered below average. He does, however, make up for that with his quickness and dirty tricks. (Example would be using something like dirt to temporary blind someone he is fighting that can be affected by that cheap trick.)

Personality: If anyway was to use one word to describe him, it would be awkward. He tries to be friendly whenever he has conversations, but thanks to the power of being socially awkward, he usually comes off creepy with his smiles, his dark jokes, and disregard for (some) social norms. Other than that, he is usually minding himself/being quiet with the occasional word into conversations.

Biography: Blaine was born in Malta, he wasn't truly raised there, however, his family moved from place to place soon after he turned two. When he was older, he would focus his time into combat training, especially the kind that focused on speed. Despite all of this, he really didn't have a bad life for someone who is so awkward. He doesn't like to admit it, but he actually isolated himself for a few years. Anyway, long story short, he is currently(albeit late at his age) attending Vitus Academy to develop his skills further.
