I UPDATED IT.
1. Every post (Or turn, if that floats your boat) adds one evolution point to a species. Eg: "+1 Korr". Every post also earns the player one point. You get one post per round. You can say other stuff in your posts too, like requests for certain features, comments, trash-talking, etc.
2. Players with three points (Will increase depending on thread popularity) can spawn a new species, but they cannot add evolution points to their own species. All new species should be drawn in the simple MSPaint style used.
3. You cannot use three turns in a row on the same species.
4. Every GM post is 1,000,000 years apart and ends the current round.
5. The goal of the game is to give Spam one forum game that doesn't suck create an alien ecosystem.
6. Tribal species can evolve certain cultural advances in lieu of actual evolution. (RIP Fatal Souls)
Bonus abilities are traits of tribal species that when +1'd, make quicker advancements.

Grintep - A species of birdlike omnivorous mammals, which have taken to subterranean lifestyles. They are capable of self-identification, artistic expression, simple mathematics, and animal training. They currently raise two species, one for labor and the other for meat.
Erkot - A hivemind-adapted species of sentient fungus evolved from a crablike creature fusing with a mushroom creature. They are emotionless cannibals, who have only recently began creating stone shelters to shield themselves from the rain and from predators. Aside from creating shelters, they have also evolved a taste for hunting, regardless of their cannibal diets.
