Aside from Light's, the character sheets I've received are a tad underwhelming. I suppose I'll forego the idea of sending via PM and personal plot creation so that most could do some comparing with what they've come up with.

Name: Simply known as "HORSE" (all caps) Race: Genetically Defective Centaur
Appearance:
Honestly this image makes it look more badass than HORSE really is, he in reality has a rather-muscular human torso, complete with human arms and hands, a set of 2 horse legs, and his head is an unmoving horse mask attached through his body. (Think of a guy wearing horse legs and he wears a horse mask at all times.)
Personality: HORSE is a kind and tender being, acting as a protector for those he trusts, and will try to keep them safe as best as he can. He is very wise, which makes up for his rather basic intelligence. Lastly, he can speak to all animals and he understands their language. History: Not much is known about HORSE's past, other than how he has explained he was a happy cattle-herder and largely bred racing horses. Then one day he woke up as a magical horse beast who was able to utilize magic. All his horses were either killed or stolen, and his family left him as he was a horrifying abomination. Plagued with that, HORSE left his residence and began to live as a nomadic... thing. Working as a mercenary, a bard, anything really as long as someone paid good.
Abilities: The HORSE doesn't carry weapons, instead he fights as a monk and a brawler. He has mastered the art of combat and has figured a way to use magic to his advantage, turning his punches into elemental works of art. He's mastered 4 types as of current. They are as follows: Fire ignites his fists allowing for burning damage, Electric does a lot of initial damage, Ice slows a foe down, and Purity cannot be resisted and has greater knock-back at the cost of lessened damage.
@Alupi I'm dropping out. This seemed like a fun idea but I've been feeling talked down to and unwelcome and no one deserves to feel stressed and frustrated about the approval of some stranger in a roleplay who can't recognise genuine effort or respond to valid questions in pm. I was clearly mistaken in thinking this kind of roleplay was going to be any kind of fun or rewarding, which is a pity because I was excited until I felt slightly belittled at every turn. I kept my character underwhelming as I figured there'd be a level up system. Eventually I want a god horse, but I didn't want to just blaze through everything.

What the fuck. You're a rude person. I was reading everything and thought it looked good but if this is how you treat roleplayers you must be not very fun to rp with
@Alupi Aw don't quit. I didn't put up a character sheet yet because I wasn't very confident on what I could put for history. Like how old can we be? Are we exsisting since Typon showed up or can we do it afterwards? What would life be with us during Typon's reign? Is the shunning more like kill on sight or 'argh we don't serve your kind here'?
@Eklispe I don't know. @Gayspacerock is right; I have certain standards when it comes to character construction and aesthetics. Me trying to impose that on people, who want to participate in an RP I'm going to GM, is rude. So I'll probably take that as a hint and stop.
Well it may be more appropriate to move it to advanced if that meets your preferences better, but I don't see a problem with having a certain standard for your RP. As long as you're not overly rude about telling people what you except (like saying 'you suck and are a bad writer with no skill' or something, which as far as I can tell you haven't) and what needs to be changed I think that applying to a RP is kind of the same as accepting the GM's standards. I mean you don't have to keep going if you don't want to but that's just my thoughts on it. ^.^
In the Advanced RP Section, it states that "Focuses on longer posts, often with in-depth plots, character development and extensive settings/lore. Must make a dedicated effort to minimize typographical errors and to use good grammar. Generally two paragraphs, but usually longer." Not really what I'm going for.
I thought this was classified as Casual since it says "Enjoy writing at least a paragraph or two, character development, and some depth. Grammar and spelling are encouraged. Generally one paragraph (a few sentences) per post. See individual GM for RP specific standards." I believe I didn't step out of bounds from what was stated in the section description. But apparently, I did. I was straight forward and being honest. Not really the type to sugar coat my comments. Apparently, that came of as rude.

Hm, well I know that being criticized bluntly can feel like a personal attack, I was kinda of protective of my characters for my first few rps and got really offended when they were criticized. Its kind of hard to distance yourself from it and look at it objectively. Well I'll just encourage you to keep going and not hassle you about it, your call after all and being GM is bunch of work and stuff. ^.^
@Alupi List this as "High Casual" then, and in your OP, make it clear that post length is not an issue, and proper grammar is mandatory, as well as adhering to your structure of character creation/advancement. Every GM has the right to make such claims, as every RP'er has the right to not play if such claims are not favorable to them.
@alupi Drama aside, is this thread dead? I wanted to find some more advanced RP's to join anyway so if you had any interest rebooting it in the advanced section, give me a ping :)
