Just because it's Dwarven doesn't mean all other races wouldn't have a clue.

Besides even if my character can assume a coin can be used to trade, no matter what currency it is. It doesn't mean I know if it's valuable or not which is what I try to figure out.

After all, I got a few Gold pieces, which is the standard currency along with it.
